The (meth)acryl-based copolymer comprises 90.5-99.4 parts by weight of a (meth)Acrylic acid ester monomer, 0.6-9 parts by weight of a hydroxy-containing (meth)acrylic-based monomer, and 0-0.5 parts by weight of a carboxy group-containing monomer. A surface-protecting film comprises a protection film, and an adhesive layer formed on at least one side of the protection film. The adhesive layer comprises the adhesive composition.
