Abstract: PURPOSE: A blend composition of a polycarbonate resin and a vinyl copolymer, and a molded produce using thereof are provided to secure the shock resistance, the mobility, the heat resistance, the thermal stability, and the workability of the composition. CONSTITUTION: A blend composition of a polycarbonate resin and a vinyl copolymer contains the following: 100 parts of base resin by weight including 20~90wt% of polycarbonate resin and 10~80wt% of vinyl copolymer; and 0.1~20 parts of acrylic copolymer by weight, including more than one acrylic monomer. The polycarbonate resin is obtained by reacting diphenol with phosgene, halogen formate, carbonate ester, or their combination. The vinyl copolymer is a rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer, a chain-shaped vinyl copolymer, or their compound.

Abstract: A polycarbonate-based thermoplastic resin composition, and a pellet prepared by using the composition are provided to improve the balance of fluidity, impact strength and workability and to enhance appearance and scratch resistance.
