The organic thin film layer includes a light emitting layer and a plurality of hole transport layers. A hole transport layer adjacent to the light emitting layer among the plurality of hole transport layers includes a compound represented by chemical formula A-1. One of the hole transport layers which are not adjacent to the light emitting layer includes a compound represented by chemical formula B-1.
