Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cold-adapted lipase derived from mesophilic Streptomyces sp. which catalyzes biodiesel production is provided to selectively hydrolyze p-nitrophenyl dodecanoate (C_10), to non-specifically hydrolyze triolein, to release 1,2- and 1,3-diolein, and to efficiently produce biofuel. CONSTITUTION: Cold-adapted lipase LP28 which catalyzes biodiesel production is isolated from Streptomyces sp. The molecular weight of lipase LP28 measured by SDS-PAGE is 32,400 Da. The optimal temperature and pH are 30 deg. C and pH 8.0. Lipase LP28 selectively hydrolyzes p-nitrophenyl dodecanoate (C_10), non-specifically hydrolyzes triolein, releases 1,2- and 1,3-diolein, and quickly produce biodiesel using palm oil and methanol.

PURPOSE: A novel Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CS61 culture is provided to ensure excellent antibacterial function, DPPH radical removal ability, and high reducing ability. CONSTITUTION: An antioxidant contains Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CS61(KCTC 11901BP) culture as an active ingredient. An anti-inflammatory agent contains the cutlure as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing the growth of antibiotic resistant pathogenic microorganism or enteric harmful microorganism contains the culture as an active ingredient. The antibiotic resistant pathogenic microorganism is Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) or vancomycin resistant enterococcus(VRE). The enteric harmful microorganism is E.coli, Staphylococcus aurues, Enterococcus, or Salmonella.

본 발명은 한국 전통 발효 식품인 김치에서 분리한 바실러스 균주에 의해 생산되고, 항균 및 항염증성의 양기능성 펩타이드 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 양기능성 펩타이드는 바실러스 속 CS32(균주기탁번호 KCTC 18250P)는 김치로부터 분리하고, 90 ℃ 이하 및 pH 5.0-12.0에서 안정된 것으로서, 메티실린 내성 황색포도상구균(MRSA), 반코마이신 내성 황색포도상구균 (VRSA) 및 반코마이신 내성 엔테로코시(VRE)를 포함하는 다약제 내성(MDR) 세균에 대해 항생 활성을 나타냄과 동시에 LPS에 의해 유도된 iNOS 및 COX-2 유전자 및 단백질 발현, 사이토카인 생산을 억제하는 항염증 작용을 나타내므로, 상기 펩타이드는 항생제 또는 항염증제로서 효율적으로 사용될 가능성이 매우 높다.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing thrombolytic enzyme derived from Streptomyces strain is provided to effectively treat and prevent thrombosis. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing thrombolytic enzyme from Streptomyces sp. CS684(deposit number KCTC 10631 BP) comprises: a step of culturing the Streptomyces strain in a medium containing 10g of glucose, 15g of oat powder, 3g of K_2HPO_4, and 3g of NaH_2PO_4 at 28 Deg. C and 160 rpm for 48 hours; a step of centrifuging the culture liquid at 10,000 x g for 1 hour; a step of adding solid (NH_4)_2SO_4 to the supernatant to precipitate proteins; a step of performing dialysis of 10mM of Tris-HCl buffer solution(pH 7.5) and concentrating with ultrafiltration membrane YM30(Millipore Corp.); a step of performing gel permeation of the enzyme on a Sepharose CL-6B column (120 cm x 2.2 cm) to collect active fractions; a step of purifying the fraction using Poros-HQ ion exchange column(10 cm x 1 cm); and a step of eluting conjugated proteins using 10 mM Tris-HCl gradient buffer solution(pH 7.5) at 30ml/h.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for isolating and purifying antibacterial compounds from Nocardia strain is provided to optimally culture the strain and to purely isolate the compounds. CONSTITUTION: A method for fermenting, isolating, and purifying antibacterial compounds comprises: a step of centrifuging Nocardia sp. CS682 fermentation at 6,000 rpm and isolating bacteraia and supernatant of the culture liquid; a step of decompressing and concentrating the supernatant at 60-70°C; a step of isolating the culture with ethyl acetate twice or three times; a step of decompressing at 45-55°C; a step of loading the extract by silica column chromatography and fractioning with mixture of hexane and ethyl acetate in a ratio of 1:1-4:1; and a step of drying and isolating the antibacterial active compounds.

PURPOSE: A Streptomyces sp.-derived fibrinolytic protease is provided to specifically lyze fibrin and to prevent and treat thrombosis. CONSTITUTION: A fibrinolytic protease is isolated from Streptomyces sp. CS684(deposit number KCTC 10631 BP). A thrombolytic agent contains the fibrinolytic protease. The fibrinolytic protease is used as a crude extract or by isolating. Diseases using the fibrinolytic protease are lung disease, renal diseases, and heart diseases. A pharmaceutical composition used as a thrombolytic agent contains pharmaceutical carrier.
