Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a recombinant protein by mushroom transformation is provided to obtain useful material and to utilize as a novel microorganism production system. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a functional protein from mushrooms comprises: a step of constructing an expression vector which produces the functional protein; a step of transforming the expression vector to mushrooms by Agrobacterium vacuum infiltration or particle bombardment; a step of isolating genomic DNA and performing PCR or a step of performing southern blot and northern blot for confirming transformant expression; a step of isolating the functional protein from the transformant.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供通过蘑菇转化制备重组蛋白的方法，以获得有用的材料并用作新型微生物生产系统。 构成：从蘑菇制备功能性蛋白质的方法包括：构建产生功能性蛋白质的表达载体的步骤; 通过农杆菌真菌浸润或粒子轰击将表达载体转化为蘑菇的步骤; 分离基因组DNA并进行PCR的步骤或进行Southern印迹和Northern印迹以确认转化体表达的步骤; 从功能性蛋白质与转化体分离的步骤。

Abstract: 본 발명은 분비 백터를 도입시켜 형질전환된 새송이버섯으로부터 재조합 단백질을 생산하는 방법 및 이 방법에 의해 제조된 재조합 단백질에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 형질전환 균사체의 대량생산 체계 확립과 생산된 균사체의 단백질 정제 및 생물학적 활성연구가 병행되어지면 재조합 단백질 생산을 위한 새로운 미생물 생산시스템으로의 활용이 가능할 것으로 사료되어진다.
