Abstract: The present invention relates to a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) of which a transmitting device comprises a sensor part to measure the pressure of a tire; a power part to supply a voltage to the sensor part; and a transmitting part to wirelessly transmit the pressure data of the tire corresponding to signals from the sensor part. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing a transparent substrate and an LED electronic bulletin board using the same are provided to increase light transmission while reducing surface resistance. CONSTITUTION: Conductive micro-pulverized powder is screened on one side of a transparent glass(1a) by transparent conductive ink so that a conductive layer electrode(1b) is patterned. The glass on which the conductive layer electrode is patterned is heated under atmosphere so that the conductive layer electrode is plasticized. The conductive layer electrode heats the first plasticized glass under a nitrogen gas so that the conductive layer electrode is plasticized. The transparent conductive ink is an indium-tin oxide paste composite.
