CONSTITUTION: Conductive micro-pulverized powder is screened on one side of a transparent glass(1a) by transparent conductive ink so that a conductive layer electrode(1b) is patterned. The glass on which the conductive layer electrode is patterned is heated under atmosphere so that the conductive layer electrode is plasticized. The conductive layer electrode heats the first plasticized glass under a nitrogen gas so that the conductive layer electrode is plasticized. The transparent conductive ink is an indium-tin oxide paste composite.
