Abstract:
PURPOSE: A system and a method for diagnosing the degree of a defect in generator pipes are provided to receive and analyze information about asymmetrical elements. CONSTITUTION: A system(100) for diagnosing the degree of a defect in generator pipes comprises a variable angle wedge unit(110), a combo converter unit(120), and a defect analyzing unit(130). The variable angle wedge unit creates ultrasonic guided wave signals which are suitable for a torsional mode and a bending mode. The combo converter unit receives torsional mode signals and bending mode signals. The ultrasonic guided wave signal is reflected from an axially symmetric structure by corresponding to the ultrasonic guided wave signal. The bending mode signals are reflected from the non-axially symmetric type structure with the torsional mode signals.

개시된 가스터빈 버킷의 와전류 검사방법은 (1) 다양한 형태의 결함을 가진 로터 형태의 검사 지그를 형성하는 단계와, (2) 상기 검사 지그에 버킷을 결합하는 단계와, (3) 상기 버킷이 결합된 검사 지그에 대해 감지 센서에 의한 와전류 검사 및 검사 정보를 콘트롤러에 전달하여 데이터화하는 단계와, (4) 실제 가스터빈에서 버킷이 결합된 로터에 대해 상기 감지 센서에 의한 와전류 검사 및 검사 정보를 상기 콘트롤러에 전달하여 데이터화하는 단계 및 (5) 상기 콘트롤러에서 상기 (3)의 데이터 값과 상기 (4)의 데이터 값을 비교하여 상기 실제 가스터빈의 버킷 및 로터의 결함 여부 및 결함 상태를 판단하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 이에 의하면, 각 결함에 대한 정보를 미리 만든 검사 지그 및 버킷에 의하여 획득한 후, 실제 가동 중인 가스터빈의 로터로부터 버킷의 분리 없이 와전류 검사를 통해 획득한 검사치와 비교함으로써 그 결함의 유무나 크기, 종류 등과 같은 상태를 판단할 수 있게 된다. 따라서, 가스터빈의 버킷과 로터 등의 결함 검사를 용이하게 행할 수 있고, 로터로부터 버킷을 분리하지 않아도 되므로 검사의 신뢰성 및 가스터빈의 이용률을 향상시킬 수 있게 되는 장점이 있다.

An apparatus and a method for evaluating the length of a phased array ultrasonic wave defect are provided to accurately evaluate the length of a minute defect by using the electronic steering characteristics of a phased array ultrasonic wave. An apparatus for evaluating the length of a phased array ultrasonic wave defect includes a phased array ultrasonic wave measurement section(10) and a phased array evaluation processing section(20). The phased array ultrasonic wave measurement section transmits a phased array ultrasonic wave signal to a measured material and receives the transmitted phased array ultrasonic wave signal. The phased array evaluation processing section receives the phased array ultrasonic wave signal received by the phased array ultrasonic wave measurement section to evaluate the length of the defect in the interior of the material.

본 발명은 배관과 접하며 상기 배관을 수용하는 몸체부;와 상기 몸체부와 연결되며 상기 배관을 감싸는 체결부;와 상기 배관에 접하는 몸체부의 일측 또는 상기 체결부의 일측 중 적어도 한 곳에 센서가 구비되어 상기 배관 내부의 상태를 확인하는 센서부;를 포함하여 구성되는 배관 검사 장치에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 배관 검사 장치에 의하면, 배관 사이의 간격이 좁은 경우라 하여도 배관 사이의 간격을 넓히지 않고도 검사할 수 있고 배관의 넓은 범위를 쉽고 빠르게 검사할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.

CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting defects of a bolt and a bolt hole comprises a frame(110), a sensor coil(120), a power connecting unit(130), and a connector(140). A screw thread(111) is formed on the outer periphery of the frame. The sensor coil is inserted into one end of the screw thread. The power connecting unit supplies the current to the sensor coil. The connector transmits the current sensed by the sensor coil to a measuring device.

PURPOSE: An ultrasonic flaw detector and an ultrasonic flaw detecting method are provided to freely change the size of ultrasonic signals and reduce the deviation of ultrasonic signals. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detector(100) comprises an ultrasonic probe(110), a pulse receiver(120), and a control computer(130). The ultrasonic probe contacts an object and applies an ultrasonic wave to the object. The pulse receiver produces the ultrasonic wave and transmits to the ultrasonic probe. The pulse receiver receives an inspection ultrasonic wave reflected from the object. The pulse receiver amplifies the ultrasonic wave and outputs a digital signal. The control computer stores and displays the digital signals of the amplified inspection ultrasonic wave outputted from the pulse receiver.

PURPOSE: An arrangement eddy current control device, an arrangement eddy current processing system and an arrangement eddy current control method are provided to minimize the deviation of an output signal between the sensors of sensor array. CONSTITUTION: An arrangement eddy current control device comprises a voltage setting unit(220), a deviation generating unit(230) and an input value generating unit(250). The voltage setting unit establishes the first input voltage value. The first input voltage value is inputted to the arrangement eddy current test device. The deviation generating unit generates the voltage deviation by using the mean value and measurement signal value. The input value generating unit generates the second input voltage value inputted to the arrangement eddy current test device by using the voltage deviation and the first input voltage value.
