Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for fabricating a non-woven fabric containing eco-friendly materials is provided to simultaneously supply various kinds of webs of different thickness and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fabricating a non-woven fabric containing eco-friendly materials pulverizes the eco-friendly materials such as cypress timber and leaves thereof, charcoal, petals, medicinal materials, jade, gold and silver and make webs made of chemical cotton, padding and fibers contain the eco-friendly materials. The apparatus comprises: a base(10) placed on the bottom; a web supply unit(20) which winds and supplies the webs; a conveyor which is mounted at the upper portion of the base and moves the webs supplied from the web supply unit; and a material supply unit(40) which is mounted at the upper side of the conveyor and regularly inputs the eco-friendly material to the webs.

Abstract: 본 발명은 고무성형 프레스의 금형인출 개폐기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 고무를 성형해서 제조하는 제품들은 고무폐킹을 비록한 신발밑창과 같은 여러가지 제품들이 있는데, 이와같은 제품들은 통상 여닫을 수 있게된 금형에 고무재료를 넣은 다음 가열 프레스로 눌러서 성형하게 된다.
아울러, 상기의 금형을 가류하는 프레스는 통산적으로 세벌의 금형을 동시에 가류할 수 있도록 된 금형가열판이 장치되어 있으며, 그 금형가열판에는 높은 열의 고압스팀이 순환되어 금형을 가열할 수 있게 되어있다.
따라서, 금형은 프레스에서 가열되면서 프레스로 눌려 지면서 제품이 성형되게 되며, 제품이 성형된 금형은, 사람에 의해 프레스밖으로 끌어내진 다음, 그 내부에 성형되있는 제품이 꺼내지고 다새 새로운 고무재료가 금형에 넣여져서 프레스로 성형하는 작업이 반복된다.
그러나, 종래에는 상기와 같은 작업을 사람이 수동적으로 실시하기 때문에 힘에겨워서 한사람이 여러대의 프레스를 맡아서 작업할 수 없었으며, 한대의 프레스를 맡아서 작업을 하는 경우라도 그 작업을 실시하는 사람은 시간이 흐를 수록 많은 피로가 겹치게 되기 때문에, 작업을 지속적으로 할 수 없으며 특히, 피로가 겹치면서 금형을 다루는 감각이 둔화되면서 부주의 하거나 실수를 하게되어 금형작업중에 부상을 당하게 되는 등의 문제가 발생하게 된다.
그래서, 본 발명에서는 상기한 바와 같은 종래의 문제점을 감안하여, 프레스에서 금형을 꺼내어 금형을 열거나 닫는 작업을 기계가 할 수 있게 하므로서, 작업인력 확보문제를 해소하고 더 나아가서는 양질의 제품을 저렴한 가격으로 대량공급 할 수 있도록 하기 위해 고무 성형 프레스의 금형인출개폐기(A)를 안출하게 된 것으로, 이와 같은 본 발명은 한대의 금형인출개폐기(A)가 세대이상 여덟대까지의 프레스를 맡아서 작업할 수 있게 되므로, 제품을 저렴하게 생산할 수 있는 능력을 보유하게 되며, 더 나아가서는 안전하게 지속적으로 작업을 할 수 있게 되므로 대량생산이 가능한 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다. -
