Abstract: 본 고안은 열선을 고정하는 구조를 개선하여 열선이 틀어지는 것을 방지할 수 있는 열처리 장치의 히터 어셈블리 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 고안의 히터 어셈블리는 공정튜브의 바깥둘레에 나선형으로 배치되는 발열저항체와 이 발열저항체를 둘러싸도록 원통형으로 미장시공되어 형성되는 1차 단열층을 갖는데, 이 발열저항체와 1차 단열층 사이에는 발열저항체의 팽창에 따른 움직임이 자유롭도록 틈새를 갖는다. 이 틈새에 의해 발열저항체가 바깥쪽으로 팽창되는 것이 가능하여 발열저항체가 상하 방향으로 휘어지는 것이 방지되며, 이 발열저항체가 1차 단열층에서 떨어져 있으면 온도의 순간적인 변화(온도의 정밀제어)가 가능하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device is provided to solve a problem that a road is congested, and the danger of an accident is increased since it is impossible for an adjacent vehicle to efficiently avoid an emergency vehicle when changing a course. CONSTITUTION: A relay, a sliding switch, an electromagnetic switch and a diode are additionally used in the existing general direction indicator and emergency light circuit. Even when an emergency light switch is operated after adding up and changing some circuits, the stopping and parking state and the situation of changing a course are indicated by differentiating the number or pattern of flickering per the time unit of the right and left lights of indicating the direction when changing the course or stopping and parking. The intension of a driver is informed to the adjacent vehicle or people even in a state that the emergency light switch is operated by using a flickering system of two different direction indication light having different control number of current per the time unit.

이상에서 상술한 바와 같이 본 고안은 고무판의 내부에 고무 그림 글자 형상 등을 같은 두께로 심어서 가황 경화시킨 것을 수평절단기에서 표면을 수평 절단하면 인쇄나 고무를 덧붙여서 표면을 장식하지 않아도 그림 글자 형상 등을 표면에 나타나게 함으로서 종전의 결함을 완전 해소할 수 있으며, 본 고안에 따른 문양이 새겨진 고무판은 바탕판의 두께와 같은 두께의 그림, 문자 등이 형성된 문양의 조각판이 내장되어 있기 때문에 바탕판과 동일한 조건에서 마모되므로 장기간 사용시에도 항상 선명한 문양을 유지할 수 있도록 한 것이 장점이다.
