Thereafter, the culture liquid is inoculated into a culture medium containing 20g/L yellow sugar, 1.5g/L bean flour, 3ml/L corn oil and distilled water and then cultured for 30 days at 20 to 25deg.C while blowing sterile air. The liquid-typed fungi are inoculated on the surface of the culture medium evenly. The culture medium having Phellinus linteus fungi is secondarily cultivated after cutting into 1-2cm thickness, or crushed into 0.5-1cm size for a second cultivation in a forming frame.
