PURPOSE: An apparatus for injecting water into a container for culturing cordyceps militaris is provided to economically manufacture a product by automatically injecting the water into a plurality of culture containers, to inject a constant amount of the water, and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for injecting water into a container for culturing cordyceps militaris comprises: a vertical frame(10) which is vertically installed on the corners of the apparatus; a horizontal frame(20) which is fixed to the lower part of the vertical frame; supporting frames(30,30') which are fixed to the center of the horizontal frame; a control box(40) which is fixed to the supporting frames; a shelf frame(50) which is fixed to the vertical frame; a shelf(60) which is installed on the shelf frame; a water tank(70) including a water supply hose(71), a solenoid valve(V1), and a drain pipe; a water discharge pipe including the solenoid valve which is vertically installed on the lower part of the water tank; and a foot switch(90) which is connected to the control box through a lead wire.

PURPOSE: A method of production of Tricholoma matsutake by the following process consisting of separation of Tricholoma matsutake SJM, multistage liquid culture of the Tricholoma matsutake SJM and then the inoculation thereof around the circumference of a pine tree in a flushing method is provided. It permits a mass production of Tricholoma matsutake without the addition of equipment. CONSTITUTION: Tricholoma matsutake SJM(KCCM 10458) is inoculating into a solid medium containing 10g/L glucose, 2g/L yeast extract, 1g/L KH2PO4, 5g/L Ebioze, 20g/L agar and distilled water and then cultured for 30 to 40 days at 25deg.C. The cultured Tricholoma matsutake SJM is inoculated into a culture medium containing 20g/L glucose, 1.5g/L yeast extract, 1.5g/L bean flour and distilled water and then cultured for 30 days at 25deg.C. Thereafter, the culture liquid is inoculated into a culture medium containing 20g/L yellow sugar, 1.5g/L bean flour, 3ml/L corn oil and distilled water and then cultured for 30 days at 20 to 25deg.C while blowing sterile air. PURPOSE: Shimizuomyces sp. SJM, a cultivation method thereof and a composition containing the cultured medium thereof for facilitating plant growth are provided, thereby increasing sugar content in plants and facilitating the growth of plants. CONSTITUTION: The method for culturing Shimizuomyces sp. SJM(KCCM-10324) comprises the steps of: culturing Shimizuomyces sp. SJM(KCCM-10324) in 1 liter of solid medium containing 10 to 80g of dextrose, 2 to 20g of yeast extract, 2 to 20g of peptone, 10 to 20g of agar and distilled water at 22 to 30 deg. C for 20 to 30 days; inoculating the cultured Shimizuomyces sp. SJM(KCCM-10324) into 100 ml of broth containing 0.5 to 4g of dextrose, 0.1 to 1g of yeast extract, 0.1 to 1g of malt extract, 0.1 to 1g of peptone and distilled water, followed by cultivation at 22 to 30 deg. C for 20 to 30 days; inoculating the cultured medium into 2 liter of broth containing 10 to 80g of dextrose, 2 to 20g of yeast extract, 2 to 20g of malt extract, 2 to 20g of peptone, 2 to 10 ml of an antifoaming agent selected from cooking oil, cotton oil, castor oil, corn oil, olive oil and coconut oil, and distilled water, followed by cultivation at 22 to 30 deg. C for 20 to 30 days; and inoculating the cultured medium into 8 liter of broth containing 750 to 2250g of black sugar, 50 to 150g of lactohyrox, 3 to 15 ml of an antifoaming agent selected from cooking oil, cotton oil, castor oil, corn oil, olive oil and coconut oil, and distilled water, followed by cultivation at 22 to 30 deg. C for 20 to 30 days. The composition for facilitating plant growth contains the cultured medium of Shimizuomyces sp. SJM(KCCM-10324), wherein a plant is selected from tomato, red pepper, tobacco, Chinese cabbage, and rice.

PURPOSE: A method for cultivating Phellinus linteus is provided to prepare a culture medium for completely cultivating Phellinus linteus fungi to the bottom of the culture medium, and to form the fungi as a regular shape for a commodity. CONSTITUTION: Phellinus linteus fungi are cultured in a flat plate and expanded for preparing liquid-typed fungi. Barley and unpolished rice are mixed in a ratio of 2:0-2 or 0-2:2, and put in a culture medium cultivating container with water for sterilizing the culture medium at 121deg.C for 30 minutes. The liquid-typed fungi are inoculated on the surface of the culture medium evenly. The culture medium having Phellinus linteus fungi is secondarily cultivated after cutting into 1-2cm thickness, or crushed into 0.5-1cm size for a second cultivation in a forming frame.
