Abstract: A bone regeneration membrane and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, which improve adhesion ability of the osteoblast. A bone regeneration membrane comprises: an outer layer of the porosity membrane form including the amphiphilic polymer having hydrophilic and hydrophobic radicals and medical treatment biodegradable polymer; and an inner layer which is formed on the outer layer of the porosity membrane form and has the fiber spinning type of mesh shape consisting of the mixture of the calcium phosphate and medical treatment biodegradable polymer. The medical treatment biodegradable polymer is copolymerization derivative selected from poly(lactic acid), poly(-L-lactic acid), poly(-DL-lactic acid), copoly(lactide-mandelate), poly(glycolic acid), poly(beta-hydroxybutyrate), poly(eta-caprolactone), poly(epsilon-caprolactone), poly(dioxanone-epsilon-caprolactone), poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid), poly(lactide-co-glycolide)-epsilon-carprolactone, poly(trimethylene carbonate), and poly(orthoesters).
