PURPOSE: An electronic payment system and a method thereof are provided to prevent important information leaks caused by hacking by performing main processes of an electronic payment in a mobile communication system through a mobile communication terminal. PURPOSE: An advertisement providing apparatus based on voice information and content images is provided to increase advertisement exposure number for clients by enabling an advertiser to insert advertisements into a desired location. CONSTITUTION: A content management unit(110) respectively manages content, content information, index information. A synchronization unit(120) receives insertion location information and advertisement content from an advertiser terminal. The synchronization unit creates service advertisement content by synchronizing the content. A charging unit(190) provides charging information to a user terminal. An auction unit(160) receives auction participation information from one or more advertiser terminals. The auction unit selects the advertiser terminal for inserting advertisements.

A ZigBee-based short message transmission method is provided to offer a short message service without using a wireless communication network by forming nodes as wireless communication terminals having a ZigBee communication function and ZigBee communication devices are activated and transferring a short message, sent from a wireless communication terminal on one of the nodes, to a destination wireless communication terminal through the wireless communication terminals or ZigBee communication devices on the destination node. As wireless communication terminals having a ZigBee communication function and ZigBee communication devices are activated, nodes are formed in a tree structure(301). At this moment, each wireless communication terminal or ZigBee communication device on each node receives and stores identification information of the wireless communication terminals or ZigBee communication devices connected on its own lower node(302). If a wireless communication terminal on an arbitrary node sends a short message, the short message is forwarded to a corresponding destination wireless communication terminal through the wireless communication terminals or ZigBee communication devices on the destination node(303).

PURPOSE: A base station transmitter and a subscriber receiver using circular polarization and a method for designing and extending cells using the same are provided to offer a base station transmitter and a subscriber receiver using an RHCP(Right Hand Circular Polarization) signal and an LHCP(Left Hand Circular Polarization) signal in a co-channel method in planning frequencies and cells in a radio communication system and a method for designing and extending cells using them. CONSTITUTION: A base station transmitter using circular polarization is composed of modulators(11), transmitters(12), an orthomode transducer(13), a polarizer(14) and a dual-polarized diplexer(15). The modulators(11) respectively filter baseband signals to remove noise and convert them into IF band signals. The transmitters(12) respectively amplify the IF band signals transferred from the modulators(11) and generate an H-POL(Horizontal Polarization) signal and a V-POL(Vertical Polarization) signal. The orthomode transducer(13) combines the H-POL signal with the V-POL signal to execute orthogonal transduction. The polarizer(14) extracts circular polarization signals from the transduced polarization signals. The dual-polarized diplexer(15) emits the extracted circular polarization signals through a hub antenna(16).

PURPOSE: A customer premise equipment(CPE) in a broadband wireless local loop(B-WILL), the mobile terminal using the loop and the method for allocating the channels of the equipment and the loop, are provided to offer a smooth service as in a wireless local network, by forming a wireless link from the CPE to the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A downward conversion part(420) converts the radio frequency signal applied from a duplexer(410) to an intermediate frequency signal. An interface(430) connects a signal between the mobile terminal and the CPE. A device connection controller(440) controls the transmission and reception of a signal in the terminal. A demodulation part(450) demodulates the intermediate frequency signal to an original signal. A base band processing part(460) transfers the demodulated signal to the interface(430), and applies the base band signal received from the terminal via the interface(430) to a modulation part(470). The modulation part(470) modulates the base band signal applied from the part(460) to an intermediate frequency signal. An upward conversion part(480) converts the signal from the part(470) to a radio frequency signal.

PURPOSE: An RF transmitter and receiver in LMCS(Local Multipoint Communication System) is provided to reduce a design area by implementing an RF transmitter/receiver as one module, and to implement an RF terminal for stably performing intermediate frequency conversion of a high frequency band(26GHz). CONSTITUTION: An RF transmitter and receiver in LMCS includes the following units. A duplexer(10) separates transmission and receiving of a signal inputted through a transceive antenna. The first frequency downward conversion unit(20) receives a signal through the duplexer(10) and converts the same into an intermediate frequency band. The second frequency downward conversion unit(40) converts an intermediate frequency converted through the first frequency downward conversion unit(20) into a signal waveform suitable for a transmission channel. A quadruple frequency multiplier(60) provides a local oscillation frequency outputted from a local oscillator to the second frequency downward conversion unit(40).
