    Abstract: PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly elastic paving material with heat insulation and slip prevention functions is provided to prevent the temperature rise of road surface and heat accumulated in the road. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly elastic paving material with heat insulation and slip prevention functions comprises a reinforcement layer, an elastic layer-A, and an environmental layer that are successively laminated on a road paved with concrete, ascon or permeable cement concrete. The reinforcement layer comprises skeleton former, a bonding activator, and a performance additive. The elastic layer-A is manufactured by mixing a main material and a hardener at a weight ratio of 1:0.05~0.3, where the main material comprises modified acrylic resin, a performance additive including elastic chip, and an admixture and the hardener comprises a hardening initiator, a hardening terminator, and a diluent. CONSTITUTION: A stencil paving method being applied to a bicycle road is as follows. The damaged parts of concrete or asphalt surface are corrected and pollution is removed. Swelling resin emulsion comprising antibacterial factors is stacked on the concrete or asphalt to form a reinforcing layer. A base layer is stacked on the reinforcing layer. A cover layer with antibacterial, solar protecting and slipping preventing functions is stacked on the base layer.

A method for manufacturing the Pt-Ag-CyD(Ag-swelling resin) antibacterial agent comprise: a step of mixing platinum precursor, stabilizing agent, derivative solution, and silver precursor solution; a step of adding mixture solution and stirring; a step of adding organic solvent, stabilizer, and remover; a step of stabilizer and silver precursor solution, Pt-Ag-CyD nanoalloy, and dispersing agent; and a step of adding mixture solution.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a metal mold is provided to produce metal molds promptly as much as a user wants by applying rapid/vacuum molding technologies. CONSTITUTION: A couple of insert metal molds(90,90') are made by forming gates on the side of reverse metal molds, covering with a mold frame and injecting metal-mixed powder resin. Herein, the metal-mixed powder resin consists of an epoxy as a thermosetting resin and 7% of Ni-Fe powder having average density of 2000 mesh. The metal-mixed powder resin is injected into the mold frame and then hardened at a specific temperature. Finally, the insert metal molds(90,90') are obtained by removing the reverse metal molds.
