Abstract: A firewood boiler is provided to maximize the efficiency of combustion by installing flame indirection connected from lower part of a vertical combustion chamber to a horizontal combustion chamber. A firewood boiler includes a firewood inlet(20) exposed to an outside of a housing(10) to insert a firewood therein. A horizontal combustion chamber(40) in a shape of rectangle is placed inside of the housing so as to be approached to a horizon from the firewood inlet. A vertical combustion chamber(30) is formed by being extended to a bottom at the horizontal combustion chamber adjacent to the firewood inlet. An air hole is formed on a bottom of the vertical combustion chamber. A chimney(50) is connected to the horizontal combustion chamber at an opposite side of the firewood inlet. A pipe hiding unit(12) is formed by being dug at a rear surface or a side surface of the housing from a top portion to a bottom portion by a predetermined depth with reference to a place where the firewood is positioned.

Abstract: A firewood boiler is provided to easily install a lagging material on an outer portion of a housing for making a pipe hiding unit by varying the shape of the housing of the firewood boiler. A firewood boiler includes a firewood inlet(20). The firewood inlet is located on a front plane of a housing(10). A pipe hiding groove(12) is formed vertically in a rear plane of the housing to easily insulate heat of the firewood boiler by hiding pipes. A space between the housing, a vertical combustion chamber(30), a flame detour(32), a horizontal combustion chamber(40), a connection pipe(42), and a heat transfer box(44) is filled with water which is heated by combustion of firewood. The horizontal combustion chamber is connected to the firewood inlet for flow of flame or the energy of the firewood to exchange energy with water outside the horizontal combustion chamber. The vertical combustion chamber is formed on a lower part of the horizontal combustion chamber. The flame detour is formed on a side of the vertical combustion chamber for flowing the flame generated from the vertical combustion chamber. The connection pipe is located on an upper part of the horizontal combustion chamber in an opposite side of the firewood inlet. The heat transfer box is connected to the connection pipe. A chimney(50) is connected to the heat transfer box for exhausting smoke. The heat transfer box can be positioned vertical to the horizontal combustion chamber for forming the chimney.

Abstract: 본 발명은 화목보일러에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 화목투입구측의 횡형연소실의 하부에 수직형연소실을 구성하고, 상기 수직형연소실의 하부에서 상기 횡형연소실으로 연결되는 화염우회로를 설치하였으며, 하우징의 외부로 노출된 화목투입구의 배면 또는 측면에 상부에서 하부로 소정의 깊이만큼 파여 형성된 배관은폐부가 위치한 화목보일러에 관한 것이다.
이러한 본 발명은, 화목투입구측의 횡형연소실의 하부에 수직형연소실을 구성하고, 상기 수직형연소실의 하부에서 상기 횡형연소실으로 연결되는 화염우회로를 설치하므로 화목의 산개에 의한 불연소를 방지하고 연소효율을 극대화하는 효과가 있으며, 화목보일러의 하우징의 형태를 변경하여 배관은폐부를 만들고, 상기 배관은폐부에 배관을 설치하므로써, 배관들이 화목보일러의 외부로 노출되지 않으므로, 하우징의 외부에 보온재를 설치하기가 용이하도록 하는 효과가 있다.
