Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for downloading a restriction receiving device for the digital broadcasting is provided, which blocks the attack inducing the connection of the DCAS host to the site of attacker. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting service provider certifies a subscriber through a downloadable conditional access system host(120) of the IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) set top box. The DCAS host certifies a personalization server(113) by the exchange of a key in order to download a conditional access system. The personalization server distributes widely the cryptographic key for the encoding of the conditional access client for authentication. The DCAS providing server(112) ciphers the restriction receiving device software by the cryptographic key.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) system having a spam call blocking function and a spam blocking method using the same are provided to deal with VoIP spam through the participation of a server and a VoIP user, thereby reducing effectively cost required to block the VoIP spam. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting terminal requests a call connection. In case the number of the transmitting terminal does not exist in an SB-DB(Server Blacklist Database)(123), a CCM(Connection Control Module)(121) transfers a call connect request signal to a receiving terminal. In case the number exists in the SB-DB, the CCM refuses the call connection. An IMM(member Information Management Module)(115) stores member information. An SMM(Server Management Module)(125) stores a transmitting terminal number reported by the receiving terminal or the transmitting terminal number and spam report timing in the SB-DB.
