Abstract: 본발명은가축상주시용축사분뇨수거이송장치에관한것으로서, 보다상세하게는가축이상주해있는상태의축사내에설치되어, 축사내 회전부재하단의이격공간내에서축사의길이방향으로왕복운동하면서, 축사분뇨를용이하게수거할수 있도록하되, 축사내에서회전가능하게설치되는회전부재의하단측이격공간에설치됨으로써, 장치설치를위한별도의공간마련이불필요토록하고, 수거장치의양단에보조블레이드를더 설치하여, 축사분뇨수거시양단에서분뇨가누출되는현상을방지하면서, 축사폭의변경에대응하여보조블레이드의절곡각도를변화시키거나길이를조절하여이에대응시킬수 있도록한 가축상주시용축사분뇨수거이송장치에관한것이다.

Abstract: 본발명은미세섬유화된한약재추출후의부산물, 겔화제및 물을포함하는하이드로겔이적층된시트및 그의제조방법에관한것으로서, 보다구체적으로는홍삼박, 겔화제및 물을포함하는하이드로겔이적층된시트및 그의제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명에서는일반적으로폐기되거나사료로사용되었던한약재추출후의부산물내에잔류하는성분을이용하고자하였으며, 한약재추출후의부산물을미세화공정을거쳐 150 μm 이하의크기로제조한후 하이드로겔에첨가함으로써하이드로겔내에균일하게분포될수 있도록하였고, 하이드로겔의표면이매끄럽게되도록하였다. 또한, 한약재추출후의부산물을건조하여사용하였던기존방법과달리, 습식미세섬유화공정을이용함으로써, 건조과정에서요구되었던에너지소비를현저하게줄이는효과를수득하고자하였다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for a mulching paper with enhanced function by using an inorganic material, the composition comprising: a pulp; an additive for mulching paper, consisting of a bottom ash, a paper sludge ash, and a bentonite; a cationic starch; a wet strength agent; and a cationic polyacrylamide. In the present invention, an enhanced mulching paper can be prepared by technologies controlling mulching papers properties in consideration of each property of soils and plants applied to the present invention, and by proper inorganic materials according to each situational function such as function of adjusting soil acidity, holding water, heat reservance, and the like.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing rice husk derived porous silica and silicon of high purity is provided to keep the porous structure of initial silica by reducing silica at relatively low temperatures to obtain silicon. CONSTITUTION: A quinine-based catalyst is added to digest rice husks or rice straws. The digested product is separated into digested residues and a digested solution. Silica is precipitated from the separated digested solution. The silica is refined. Metallic powder is added into the silica to be reduced in order to obtain silicon. During the digesting process, the rice husks or the rick straws is mixed with an alkali solution at the weight ratio of 1:3-20 under pH 9-11. The mixture is digested at 100-200 degrees Celsius for 30 to 140 minutes.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for simultaneously manufacturing highly purified silica and fiber in a micro structure is provided to extract natural silica from the outer shell of rick husks and extract fiber from the remains after the silica extracting process. CONSTITUTION: Rice husks and rice straw are washed under the existence of quinones, and alkaline from the rice husks and the rice straw is digested. Digested liquid and digested remains are separated. The digested remains extract and separate fiber powder. The digested liquid extracts and separates silica. The silica is refined by distributing the separated fiber powder under an acid condition. The refined silica is heated or dried at temperature between 100 and 900 degrees Celsius.
