Abstract: The present invention provides a surface treatment method for a metal base capable of treating the surface of the metal base into a highly hydrophilic surface or a highly hydrophobic surface fast and easily. The surface treatment method for a metal base includes: a step of preparing a metal base; a step of forming fine bumps of a micrometer scale by applying physical or chemical treatment onto the surface of the metal base; and a step of forming a metal nano layer of a nanometer scale on the surface of the fine bumps. The surface treatment method for a metal base may further include a step of forming a hydrophobic polymer layer on the metal nano layer. Abstract: PURPOSE: The ice tray and manufacturing method thereof silver.
