    Abstract: The present invention relates to an organic/inorganic hybrid solar cell having a nanostructure and a manufacturing method thereof. Disclosed are the organic/inorganic hybrid solar cell comprising a substrate; a lower electrode formed on the substrate; an active layer of an inorganic material having a three-dimensional nanostructure formed on the lower electrode; an active layer of an organic material coated on the active layer of the inorganic material; and an upper electrode formed on the active layer of the organic material, and a manufacturing method thereof.
