Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing cell-derived artificial microvesicles and, more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing artificial microvesicles by a method of entering cells through a porous filter in a concentrated state by using a centrifugal force. The artificial microvesicles manufactured according to the present invention not only maintains structure of a cell membrane intactly, but also minimizes loss of cytoplasm by a buffer solution used during manufacturing to show properties of containing cytoplasm. Therefore, the microvesicles manufactured by using the apparatus of the present invention is expected to be used in not only a base research, but also an applied research such as disease diagnosis and drug delivery technology.
