Abstract:
본 발명은 터널 시공이나 사면보호공 등에서 지반에 관입되어 있는 록볼트의 인발력을 측정함에 있어서, 록볼트가 관입되어 있는 면이 불규칙하거나 록볼트가 기울어지게 설치되어 있더라도 인발하중이 가해지는 방향을 록볼트의 기울어진 상태에 맞추어 자동조절할 수 있으며, 록볼트 표면이 손상된 경우에도 견고하게 록볼트를 물어서, 정확하게 록볼트의 인발력을 측정할 수 있는 새로운 구성의 록볼트 인발시험장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 록볼트의 설치축선에 맞추어 인발축이 자동적으로 조정되는 구조를 가지며, 웨지 방식으로 록볼트의 상단부를 견고하게 물어주는 결합구를 구비한 구조의 록볼트 인발시험장치가 제공된다.

PURPOSE: An expansion method for a tunnel using multi-stage connecting rock bolts is provided to stably expand the cross section of a tunnel by easily installing rock bolts into the inner wall of the tunnel. CONSTITUTION: An expansion method for a tunnel using multi-stage connecting rock bolts is as follows. A rahmen-shaped protector structure(300) is arranged inside an existing tunnel(100). An expanded tunnel(200) is formed by removing the inner wall of the existing tunnel. The insertion members of multistage connecting rock bolts are successively installed on the inner walls of the expanded tunnel and connected to each other to form tunnel supports on the inner wall of the expanded tunnel.

PURPOSE: The mixed soil material of buried coal ash and soil is provided to minimize environmental contamination due to the waste of coal ash by mixing lime with buried coal ash to recycle the buried coal ash. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the mixed soil material of buried coal ash and soil includes the following: Lime is mixed with the buried coal ash. The buried coal ash includes bottom ash and fly ash. The buried coal ahs containing the lime is mixed with the soil. 5 to 10 parts by weight of the lime is mixed, based on 100 parts by weight of the buried coal ash.

PURPOSE: A construction method of a block type underground grout structure including vacuum drain hole formation and grout injection direction control by vacuum drainage is provided to construct a complete underground grout structure without discontinuities. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a block type underground grout structure including vacuum drain hole formation and grout injection direction control by vacuum drainage is as follows. Injection holes(10) and vacuum drain holes(20) are bored at certain intervals in the ground. The vacuum drain holes are made into vacuum state while injecting grout into the injection holes, thereby leading the grout injected into the injection holes toward the vacuum drain holes. Bulbs are formed by the grout which flows from the injection holes toward the vacuum drain holes. Grout is injected in the vacuum drain holes so that an underground grout structure is formed.

PURPOSE: A drawing test machine for a rock bolt is provided to accurately measure the drawing force of a pure rock bolt with excluding influence due to shear force or bending. CONSTITUTION: A drawing test machine for a rock bolt comprises a support frame(11), a pulling shaft(12), a cradle member(13), and a pulling cylinder(14). The support frame is installed on the surface to support the device. A connecting rod(121) is formed on the lower end of the pulling shaft to hold the upper end of a rock bolt(2). The cradle member is installed on the support frame. The pulling cylinder comprises a sphere convex part(141) corresponding to the concave part of the cradle member. The pulling cylinder applies the pulling load on the pulling shaft.

PURPOSE: A noise and vibration reduction type tunnel magnification steel material protector is provided to protect passengers by absorbing impact using liquid filled with a vibration absorbing member. CONSTITUTION: A noise and vibration reduction type tunnel magnification steel material protector comprises a first noise-damper(10), a second noise-damper, a sound absorbing plate(30) and a chest. The first noise-damper made of flexible polyurethane foam is covered on the upper side of the steel material protector at a constant thickness. The second noise-damper is made of made of ether rubber, silicon or synthetic resin, and installed in the upper side of the first noise-damper.

PURPOSE: A steel lattice girder, which reinforces or supports the excavation surface of a tunnel, and a coupler for the same are provided to improve workability by reducing the weight of an H-steel support material. CONSTITUTION: A steel lattice girder comprises a first bar contact part, a second bar contact part, a third bar contact part, a first slope, and a second declined part. The first bar contact part is combined with a first bar(11). The second and the third bar contact part are combined with a second bar(12) and a third bar(13) at the first bar contact part. Two first slopes interlink with the first bar contact part and the second bar contact part at a tilt. The second declined part interlinks with the first bar contact part and the third bar contact part at a tilt.

PURPOSE: A jig for testing steel lattice girders and a loading test method for steel lattice girders using the jig are provided to stably support second and third bars of a triangle steel lattice girder from sides. CONSTITUTION: A jig for testing steel lattice girders comprises a main body(20) and a side fixing member(30). The main body provides a space(S) in which a triangle steel lattice girder(1) is placed in the shape of inverted triangle. The side fixing member is installed on the top of the main body and transformed in the transverse direction to fix a side of the triangle steel lattice girder.
