Abstract: In the device, a coating solution can be efficiently dried by the drier (44) in the coating process esp. of rotational type. The device consists of a rota. drum coating section (10) receiving particles to be coated, a particle-supplying unit, a coating solution supplying unit (40). The particles are supplied into the section (10), and the falling curtain forms by a collective plate (14) and the coating. sol. is sprayed from a nozzle (34). Then hot heat sent from the unit (40) located in the lower part dries the coated particles. While such a process proceeds, the particles having the prefixed coating stratum are slowly sent out through the outlet (13b). The device may be applied to the coating of other granular products, in addition to granular fertilizers.
