Abstract: The laminaled magnetic condenser using nickel or nickel alloy as an internal electrode is produced by (a) mixing barium carbonate, titania, strontium carbonate, nickel oxide and zirconia, (b) drying and calcinting at 1,050-1,200 deg.C for 2hs. (c) preparing the slurry with the calcined dielectric ceramics and the organic binder, PVB, (d) manufacturing the dielectric green sheet of the thickness 20-50 micrometer by doctor blade method, (e) coating paste for nickel electrode on the dielectric sheet, (f) laminating and sintering at 1,300-1,400 deg.C in the reduction atmosphere of low oxygen partial pressure, 10-8-10-12 MPa. The reduction resisting dielectric composition comprises Ba1-xSrxTi1-y-xNiyZr2O3-y, where x, y, z are in the ranges from 1, 0.005, 0 to 0.2, 0.1, 0.2, respectively.

Abstract: The composition for fabricating a grain boundary-type semiconducting magnetic condenser comprises a main component, 1 mole of SrTiO3 and supplementary components such as 0.01 to 0.04 mole of TiO2, 0.001 to 0.010 mole of Dy2O3, 0.001 to 0.007 mole of ZnO, 0.002 to 0.012 mole of MnO2, and 0.01 to 0.07 mole of Al2O3.
