Abstract:
본 발명은 온도 변화에 따라 솔-젤 거동을 보이며 관능기를 갖는 생분해성 및 온도 감응성 포스파젠계 고분자, 그의 제조방법 및 그의 생체 활성 물질 전달 재료로서의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 포스파젠계 고분자는 생분해성 물질이고, 온도변화에 따라서 솔-젤 거동을 보이는 온도감응성을 갖기 때문에, 체내에 주입시 체온에 의하여 젤을 형성하여 약물 등의 생체 활성 물질의 방출 제어가 용이하고, 약물 등과 이온결합, 공유결합, 배위결합 등의 화학결합이 가능한 관능기를 갖고 있어서 약물 등의 담지력이 우수하여 약물의 지속적 방출이 가능하기 때문에, 약물 등의 생체 활성 물질 전달 재료로서 매우 유용하다. 온도 감응성, 생분해성, 포스파젠계 고분자, 하이드로젤, 약물전달시스템, 관능기, 첨가제.

본명세서에는수소화효소유전자발현을억제하기위한안티센스 RNA 분자, 그를포함하는조성물, 그를암호화하는 DNA 서열을포함하는벡터, 상기안티센스 RNA 분자또는그를암호화하는 DNA 서열을포함하거나또는상기벡터로형질전환된숙주세포, 및그 숙주세포를이용한물질생산방법이개시된다. 이를이용하면수소화효소발현을억제시킬수 있고그에따라수소생산이감소하여부티르산과같이유용한물질생산을증가시키면서아세트산과같은부산물을감소시킬수 있고, 목당을효과적으로활용하여부티르산과같은유용물질을생산할수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for producing bio alcohol from synthesis gas is provided to maximize use of gaseous substance as a substrate of microorganism. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing bio alcohol from synthesis gas comprises: a step of supplying synthesis gas to tube-side pore at a constant pressure; a step of adhering microorganism producing bio alcohol or organic acid; and a step of isolating and purifying alcohol to produce final product.
Abstract:
A methane production apparatus using an anaerobic biofilm is provided to produce methane as an energy source from carbon dioxide, and a methane production method using the methane production apparatus using an anaerobic biofilm is provided. A biologic production apparatus of methane using an anaerobic biofilm comprises: an anaerobic reactor(1) into which a culture medium comprising methane producing bacteria is charged; hollow fiber membranes which are formed in a bundle shape and submersed into the culture medium within the reactor, of which both ends are fixed by fixing caps(3) to minimize flowing caused by a fluid flow within the reactor, of which one ends are fixed to a top part of the reactor, and of which the other ends are oriented to a bottom part of the reactor in such a way that reaction gas flows into the other ends of the hollow fiber membranes; a hydrogen gas storage tank(5) which passes through the culture medium within the reactor by a hydrogen gas supply pipe(6), and which is directly connected to the fixing cap on the lower ends of the hollow fiber membranes; an inorganic carbon source storage tank(15) which is connected to the reactor by an inorganic carbon source supply pipe(16) or directly connected to the fixing cap on the lower ends of the hollow fiber membranes; a methane collecting tank connected to the reactor by a methane exhaust pipe(8); an agitator which is installed on an outer lower part of the reactor in such a manner that the agitator is smoothly circulated within the reactor; and a thermal chamber(12) connected to a thermostat(9) by a water supply pipe(10) and a drainpipe(11) to maintain constantly temperature of the reactor. Further, a plurality of reactors are connected with the anaerobic reactor in a row.
