Abstract: PURPOSE: A method is provided for data storing device using flash memory,which can control the flash memory part separated to each input channel, can speedily treat a data by using a number of flash memory element comprising each flash memory part as one element. CONSTITUTION: The data storing device using flash memory includes a buffer memory part, a data course selecting circuit part, a flash memory part and a control part. The buffer memory part allotted each channel converts the data signal input from a certain channel into the bus size of system bus. The data course selecting circuit part transmits the access order of CPU and recording order to each flash memory part. The flash memory part allotted each channel stores the data signal input through the data course selecting circuit part.
