Disclosed are a system and a method for optimizing an aggregated load and power management of a generator. A power management system comprises a local apartment-to-grid (A2G) system for transmitting a local A2G energy profile to a central A2G manager to comply with A2G energy routing determination from the central A2G manager; and the central A2G manager for making the A2G energy routing determination based on energy related information including the local A2G energy profile to transmit the routing determination to the local A2G manager.

무선통신시스템에서지연을고려한다중노드협력방법을제안한다. 지연속성이유사한상향링크협력단말기들을상향링크협력영역으로구분하도록스케줄링하고상향링크협력영역과비협력영역간간섭을제거하는프레임구조를제안한다. 또한, 다중노드협력적용시발생하는지연속성에따라확장된주기적전치부호를적용하고확장된주기적전치부호를고려한상향링크와하향링크의협력기지국을결정하는방법을제안한다.

그룹 기반 통신 기법을 이용한 기지국과 단말들 사이의 통신 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 고정된 위치에 설치된 복수의 단말들을 복수의 그룹들로 그룹화하고, 복수의 그룹들 각각에게 고유한 상향 링크 자원을 할당함으로써, UL-MAP 오버헤드를 감소시키고 데이터 전송을 위한 자원을 최대로 활용하는 기술을 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A communications method between a base station and terminals using a group based communications scheme is provided to group multiple machine-to-machine (M2M) terminals installed in a fixed location into multiple groups according to a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) level. CONSTITUTION: In a communications method of a base station communicating with multiple terminals which are installed in a fixed location, the multiple terminals are grouped into multiple groups based on a channel state between the base station and each of the multiple terminals. A different uplink resource is allocated to each of the multiple groups within uplink resources. A different MCS is determined for each of the multiple groups. A level of the MCS is determined based on the channel state between the base station and at least one terminal included in each of the multiple groups.

본 발명은 협력 클러스터에서 이용되는 서브 채널들의 수와 관련된 제약 조건을 만족시키면서, 적응적으로 적용되는 노드들 간 협력 기법을 이용하여 전력 효율적으로 협력 클러스터에 포함된 단말들 각각에 서브 채널을 할당함으로써, 협력 클러스터 내에서 협력적으로 통신을 수행하는 노드들에 의해 소비되는 총 전력 소모량을 줄이는 기술을 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A cooperative interference control method between multiple cells and a device using the same are provided to effectively assign voltages to a sub-channel of terminals included in a cooperative cluster by using a cooperative method between nodes. CONSTITUTION: A frequency resource assignment unit(610) assigns frequency resources used in a cooperative cluster to a plurality of exclusive bands and a reuse band according to an FFR(Fractional Frequency Reuse) method. A mode selecting unit(620) selects one mode related to the assignment of a sub-channel for terminals included in the cooperative cluster based on power consumption consumed in the cooperative cluster. A sub-channel assignment unit(630) assigns sub-channels for the terminals according to the selected mode.
