    Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi-point cooperation method which considers delay in wireless communication system is provided to remove the interference between a UL cooperative domain and a non-cooperative domain by scheduling uplink cooperative terminals having similar delay property in the uplink cooperation. CONSTITUTION: UL(UpLink) cooperative terminals(520,522) transmits UL cooperative data to a serving BS(Base Station)(510) and a cooperative BS(530). The serving BS receives delay property of the UL cooperative terminals, and schedules the UL cooperative terminals. The UL cooperative terminals adopt a frame structure. A non-cooperative terminals(542) adopt a frame structure. The non-cooperative terminals transmit frame structure-adopted UL cooperative data to the cooperative BS.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A communication system for adaptively applying single point transceiving or multi point transceiving is provided to adaptively select one of cooperative multi transceiving or single point transceiving to a target terminal based on a channel state or mobility of the target terminal.
