Abstract:
An image processing-based mobile device driving method for a mobile device including a camera module comprises the following steps. A color image is captured by using the camera module. The color image is converted to a black-and-white image. A face region is detected from the black-and-white image. A first region corresponding to a left eye, a second region corresponding to a right eye, and a third region corresponding to a mouth are determined based on a face image included in the face region. An eye pattern and a mouth pattern are recognized by analyzing a left eye image included in the first region, a right eye image included in the second region, and a mouth image included in the third region. An instruction word for driving the mobile device is generated based on the eye pattern and the mouth pattern.
