본 발명은 무선통신 시스템의 릴레이 중계기에서 단말의 간섭 정보를 이용한 공간 다중화 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 서비스 단말들로부터 간섭 정보를 수신하는 과정과, 기지국으로부터 기지국 MAP 정보를 수신하는 과정과, 상기 수신된 기지국 MAP 정보와 간섭 정보를 이용하여, 기지국에 포함된 다른 릴레이 중계기에 할당된 무선 자원을 해당 다른 릴레이 중계기로부터 간섭을 받지 않는 서비스 단말에게 할당하는 과정을 포함하여, 동시 전송을 통해 효율적으로 무선 자원을 관리하고, 시스템의 용량을 증가시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다. 릴레이 중계기, 공간 다중화, 간섭 정보, 무선 자원

PURPOSE: A method for transmitting signal about a terminal of mobile network for transmitting a signal transmission node without signal interference is provided to efficiently use radio resource by transmitting signal to the terminal by using interference information. CONSTITUTION: One or more first service node is selected by using the interference information(S610). A signal is transmitted to a fixing electric power. One or more first service node is controlled(S620). The transmission power of one or more second service node is determined by using interference information(S630). The signal is transmitted to the transmission power. One or more second service node is controlled(S640).

An adaptive transmission apparatus according to a channel state in an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Access) system and a method thereof are provided to secure a transmission quantity by setting a CP(Cyclic Prefix) length using a CP value based on an initial frame having a same length with a guard interval length and transmitting a frame. An IFFT(Inverse Fast Fourier Transform)(302) performs an IFFT process for modulated data. A conversion unit(304) converts parallel data into serial data. A CP insertion unit inserts a CP to prevent interference between symbols according to a multi path fading. A digital/analog converter converts the output data of the CP insertion unit into analog data. A transmission unit(310) transmits the converted analog data. A receiving unit(312) receives and provides the data transmitted from a secondary device to a CP value decoder(314). The CP value decoder decodes the data, extracts the CP value from the encoded data and provides the extracted CP value to a CP control unit(316) and a power control unit(318). The CP control unit compares the CP value with a guard interval length, determines a CP length to be added to a front part of a symbol of a frame to be transmitted, and controls the CP insertion unit. The power control unit cuts off a power a primary device for a difference time between the guard interval length and the CP length determined by the CP control unit.

A space multiplexing device in a broadband wireless communication system using a relay node and a method thereof are provided to select nodes which do not interfere with each other when performing simultaneous transmission through space multiplexing in a cellular wireless communication system, and to increase system capacities. A base station receives bitmap information showing whether interference exists from terminals(701). The base station determines available service groups by using the bitmap information of the terminals(703). The base station selects service groups(terminals) to be substantially serviced according to calculated weight(705). Resources are assigned to the selected terminals(707).

An apparatus for reporting/processing downlink CSI and a method for reporting/determining/processing the downlink CSI in a wireless communication system are provided to improve precision of the downlink CSI shared between a mobile terminal and a base station in the downlink wireless communication system using downlink packet transfer scheduling, thereby improving efficiency of the scheduling. An apparatus for reporting/processing downlink CSI(Channel State Information) in a wireless communication system comprises the followings: a carrier-to-interference ratio measurer(210) of a mobile terminal for acquiring downlink CSI; a CSI generator(220) of the mobile terminal for determining the CSI based on the measured value; a CSI transmitter(230) for transmitting the determined downlink CSI to a base station; a CSI receiver(240) for receiving the transmitted downlink CSI of the mobile terminal; a CSI analyzer(250) of the base station for processing the received downlink CSI of the mobile terminal; and a downlink packet transfer scheduler(260) of the base station for performing a scheduling process based on the processed information.

단말의채널상태또는이동성에따라협력멀티포인트송/수신또는단일포인트송/수신중 어느하나가적용된다. 채널상태의변화가클수록협력멀티포인트송/수신에따른이득은감소하는반면, 피드백오버헤드는증가하므로, 단일포인트송/수신이선호되며, 채널상태의변화가작은경우, 협력멀티포인트송/수신이선호될수 있다. 또한, 단일포인트송/수신을위한마진타임및 협력멀티포인트송/수신을위한마진타임은단말의이동성에따라적절히조절될수 있다.

PURPOSE: A multi-point cooperation method which considers delay in wireless communication system is provided to remove the interference between a UL cooperative domain and a non-cooperative domain by scheduling uplink cooperative terminals having similar delay property in the uplink cooperation. CONSTITUTION: UL(UpLink) cooperative terminals(520,522) transmits UL cooperative data to a serving BS(Base Station)(510) and a cooperative BS(530). The serving BS receives delay property of the UL cooperative terminals, and schedules the UL cooperative terminals. The UL cooperative terminals adopt a frame structure. A non-cooperative terminals(542) adopt a frame structure. The non-cooperative terminals transmit frame structure-adopted UL cooperative data to the cooperative BS.

PURPOSE: A communication system for adaptively applying single point transceiving or multi point transceiving is provided to adaptively select one of cooperative multi transceiving or single point transceiving to a target terminal based on a channel state or mobility of the target terminal. CONSTITUTION: A determining unit(1330) determines at least one of margin time for single point transceiving or a margin time for cooperative multi point transceiving based on information related to a channel state of a target terminal. A processing unit(1340) performs at least one of the single point transceiving or the cooperative multi point transceiving. The processing unit performs the transceiving in consideration of margin time for the single point transceiving and margin time for the multi point transceiving.

A space multiplexer and a method thereof using the interference information in a relay of a wireless telecommunications system are provided to reduce the scheduling complexity of the base station by allocating wireless resources to a service terminal. A relay receives interference information about the included other relay from its own service terminal to a base station(201). The relay determines whether the relay including interference to the corresponding terminal through the received interference information among the other relay included in the base station. The relay inspects whether the BS MAP information is received from the base station(203). The BS MAP information comprises the information to the relay allocated according to the radio resource or the terminal. The relay uses the BS MAP information and receives each service terminal interference information. The radio resource is assigned to the corresponding service terminal(205).
