PURPOSE: A watermark formation method using laser and a security paper in which watermark is formed are provided to enhance security effects by a simple process. CONSTITUTION: A watermark formation method using laser comprises the following steps: forming a paper(210) into a wet paper through a wire cloth; and manufacturing watermark(220) by irradiating the wet paper or dried wet paper with laser. In the second step, the watermark manufactured through laser engraving or laser carbonizing. A security paper manufacturing method comprises the following steps: forming a wet paper through a gold net; inserting security thread into the wet paper; and forming windowed thread by irradiating the wet paper or dried wet paper with laser.

PURPOSE: Security paper having changing color according to a specific wavelength and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent production of counterfeit bills and to reinforce security effects by improving yields of silver yarns. CONSTITUTION: Security paper having changing color according to a specific wavelength includes a fluorescence ball(11), a silver thread(13), a dyed layer(12) and security paper. The security yarns(10) on which the dyed layer is formed, are interposed on the security paper. The fluorescence ball is made of an IR fluorescence material. The dyed layer is made of a UV fluorescence material.

The present invention includes a first paper and a second paper which are bonded to each other by a bonding unit; and a metallic fiber which is coated with a white or gray based material and inserted between the first paper and the second paper. The metallic fiber can be detected by metal detection and X-ray search. A security paper having the metallic fiber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. If the security paper is manufactured according to the present invention, a production process can be simplified. More specifically, the amount of a raw materials used in manufacturing products can be greatly reduced.
