    Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermo-conductive adhesive composition and an adhesive sheet using thereof are provided to secure the uniform adhesive property and the high thermal conductivity by using a particle type filler with a carbon fiber. CONSTITUTION: A thermo-conductive adhesive composition contains an acryl group adhesive resin(100), and a hybrid filler including a carbon fiber(130) and granular fillers(120,125) mixed with a ratio of 1:4~4:1. 20~95 parts of acryl group adhesive resin by volume is mixed with 100 parts of adhesive composition by volume. The acryl group adhesive resin is formed by mixing 0~40 parts of polar monomer by weight with 100 parts of (meth)acrylic acid ester-based monomer with 1~12 carbons by weight.
