PURPOSE: A road stud using a nut anchor is provided to simultaneously construct and install the road stud in a road by increasing bond strength. CONSTITUTION: A road stud(100) using a nut anchor comprises a body(101), reflectors(102), and a fastening groove(103). The body is formed in a trapezoidal shape. The reflectors are attached on both sides of the body. The fastening groove is formed on the top of the body. A fastening bolt(104) is inserted into the fastening groove. A nut anchor(110) fastens the road stud to a road. The nut anchor has a bolt fastener(112), splints(113), an anchor bar(114), protrusions(115), and a conical end(116). The bolt fastener is formed on the top of a cylindrical head(111). The splints are radially formed on the outer surface of the head. The anchor bar is formed in the bottom of the head. The protrusions are formed on the outer surface of the anchor bar. The conical end is formed in the bottom end of the anchor bar.

본발명은생분해성유기혼화재를이용한천연수경성석회모르타르조성물및 이의제조방법에관한것이다. 상기천연수경성석회모르타르에생분해성유기혼화재를적정량사용하면상기천연수경성석회모르타르의유동성(flow)이증가하여작업성이향상되는효과가있다. 또한, 상기생분해성유기혼화재를적정량사용하면상기천연수경성석회모르타르의응결특성및 강도특성이향상되어짧은양생시간에도 EU 규격에준하는 NHL 5의특성을보이는장점이있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A repairing material with an oil-modified alkyd resin and an asphalt repairing technique using the same are provided to simultaneously secure the simplicity and the stability of construction regardless of moisture in the repairing region of asphalt. CONSTITUTION: A repairing material with an oil-modified alkyd resin includes 70-85 weight% of dry aggregate, 5-15 weight% of silica, 2-15 weight% of an oil-modified alkyd resin as a main binder, 1-7 weight% of a methane diisocyanate(MDI) hardener, 0.5-10 weight% of an asphalt emulsion and a colored pigment, and 1-7 weight% of a 4,4-diphenyl MDI hardener. The repairing material further includes 0.005-0.03% of a hardening accelerator based on total weight of the repairing material. The repairing material is filled in the damaged region of asphalt.

PURPOSE: A chemical anchor with an adhesive outflow prevention cap is provided to improve bond strength and shear strength and to prevent an adhesive loss. CONSTITUTION: A chemical anchor with an adhesive outflow prevention cap comprises an anchor bolt(101) and disc-shaped caps(105). The anchor bolt has screw threads, an injection hole(102), and an outlet(103). The screw threads are formed on the outer surface of the anchor bolt. The injection hole is formed inside the anchor bolt in an axial direction. The outlet is formed in one side of a bolt body to be connected to the injection hole. The disk-shaped caps are coupled to the screw threads of the anchor bolt.

PURPOSE: A lane block using a nut anchor is provided to enable a worker to easily manage and repair the lane block and to improve the initial bond strength of the lane block. CONSTITUTION: A lane block(100) using a nut anchor comprises a body(101), reflectors(102), and fastening grooves(103). The reflectors are attached on both surfaces of the body. The fastening grooves are formed on the top of the body. Fastening bolts(104) are inserted into the fastening grooves. Nut anchors(110) fastens the lane block to a road. Each nut anchor is composed of a head(111), a bolt fastener(112), splints(113), an anchor bar(114), and a conical end(116). The bolt fastener is formed ont eh top of the head. The splints are radially formed on the outer surface of the head. The conical end is formed in the bottom end of the anchor bar.

Disclosed is a block which includes a lower side part which is paved on a sidewalk and faces the ground, an upper side part exposed to the outside, and a side part forming an external frame between the lower side part and the upper side part. The block further includes a connection member which is integrally or separably formed with the side part to connect the block with an adjacent block. The connection member includes an engraved connection groove formed on at least one side and a connector having a shape corresponding to the connection groove. The blocks are formed in an integrated structure through the connection member, thereby preventing damage in arrangement of the blocks, preventing differential settlement and unbalance due to the differential settlement to promote safety in walking, enhancing an esthetic sense of the sidewalk because the blocks are uniformly paved in parallel through the connection member, and providing convenience in pavement. Moreover, the present invention enables closely bonded pavement between the blocks through the connection member and also spaced pavement, thereby promoting construction of a green space and providing an eco-friendly appearance.
