Abstract: 본 발명은 정량공급장치에 관한 것으로서, 호퍼와, 상기 호퍼의 하부에 설치되어 상기 호퍼로부터 공급되는 원료를 일정량으로 계량하는 정량공급부와, 하부주입부와, 노즐부를 구비하며, 상기 정량공급부는 원통형 형상으로 형성되며 구동부에 연결되어 상기 구동부의 구동에 의해 회전되어 상기 하부주입부에 원료를 투입하며, 정량공급부는, 원통형 형상의 외부본체와, 상기 외부본체의 내측에 수용되며 원통형 형상으로 형성되며, 길이방향을 따라 일정간격 이격되어 형성된 칸막이벽과, 외주방향을 따라 세워 설치된 복수의 격벽과, 상기 칸막이벽과 상기 격벽에 의해 형성된 공간에 원료를 수용하는 원료수용부를 가지며 상기 구동부에 의해 회전구동되는 함량조절부와, 상기 함량조절부의 내측에 수용되며 원통형 형상으로 형성된 내부본체와, 함량조절핸들과, 연결부와, 상기 내부본체의 외부면에 일체로 연결되며 상기 원료수용부 내에 설치되는 함량조절 브라켓을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이로써, 상기 함량조절부의 회전구동에 의해 상기 정량공급부에 공급된 원료를 포장용기에 공급할 수 있기 때문에 정량공급판이 전후로 이동하거나 할 필요가 없도록 구성함으로써 정량 공급시에 장치의 진동이나 소음을 없앨 수 있고, 컴팩트하게 구성할 수 있으며, 소요되는 시간을 절감할 수 있고, 원료의 함량을 용이하게 조절할 수 있다.

Abstract: A work table for polishing an LCD panel edge is provided to control its width, thereby controlling the width according to a size suitable for inches of an LCD panel to be produced. A supporting board(110) is formed as a disk body equipped with a circular guide groove(112), has a central axis(111) in its central part, and has a servo motor in a lower part of the central axis. Guide rollers(121) are vertically installed on the supporting board in X shape, and are guided along the guide groove in a lower part. X-shaped rotating blocks(120,130) are integratedly rotated by the central axis. An absorption block(140) absorbs/maintains an LCD panel.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A constant quantity feeding apparatus is provided to easily control the content of fed materials by controlling the volume of a material receiving part while a content control bracket is laterally moved by the rotation of a content control handle. CONSTITUTION: A constant quantity feeding apparatus(1) comprises a hopper(10), a constant quantity feeding part(20), a lower injection part(30), and a nozzle part(40). The hopper receives fed materials. The constant quantity feeding part is installed under the hopper and measures the materials fed from the hopper at a constant quantity. The lower injection part receives the materials injected inserted from the constant quantity feeding part. The nozzle part is connected to the lower injection part to inject the materials to a packing container. The constant quantity feeding part is formed into the shape of a cylinder.
