Abstract:
본 발명은 특허 분류 등과 같은 분류 정보로 n차원 프레임을 형성하여 용이한 니치 기술 영역 탐색 서비스를 제공해 주는 특허 정보 시스템의 정보 처리 방법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 유무선 네트워크를 통하여 사용자 컴퓨터로 니치 기술 영역 탐색 서비스를 제공해 주는 특허 정보 시스템이 (a) 상기 사용자 컴퓨터로부터 제1 특허 분류를 사용하는 제1 특허 분류 집합 및 적어도 하나 이상의 제2 분류를 사용하는 제2 분류 집합에 대한 선택 정보를 입수 받는 단계; (b) 상기 제1 특허 분류 집합 및 상기 제2 분류 집합을 사용하여 적어도 2개 이상의 교차 영역을 가지는 교차 영역 집합을 구성하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 교차 영역 집합을 구성하는 적어도 하나 이상의 교차 영역에 대하여, 상기 교차 영역에 대응되는 교차 영역 문건 집합(교차 영역 집합)을 기준으로 하나 이상의 니치 분석 정보를 교차 영역값으로 생성하는 단계;를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명을 실시하면 니치 기술 영역을 효과적으로 탐색하고, 발견할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for processing data in a patent information system capable of providing a searching service of a niche technological area using a multi dimensional frame are provided to easily produce a search service of a niche technical area by forming an n dimensional frame based on category information. CONSTITUTION: A cross-domain frame selecting unit(5111) receives selection information for a first patent classification combination using first patent classification and a second classification combination using second classification from a user computer. A cross-domain combination generating unit(5112) uses the first patent classification combination and the second classification combination and constitutes a cross-domain combination having cross-domains. A niche analysis information generating unit(5120) generates niche analysis information into a cross-domain value based on a cross-domain document combination corresponding to a cross-domain.

The patent evaluation model generating unit gives a dispute patent grant value. The patent evaluation model generating unit sets up non-dispute patent giving value. The patent evaluation model generating unit performs statistical process.

PURPOSE: A method and a system on advertisement of advertisement contents including the current status information of an advertiser are provided to reduce the unnecessary time and efforts in the use of a product or service of the advertiser by confirming the current state information of the advertiser. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement providing system receives advertisement condition information and advertisement contents from an advertiser computer(S11), and stores the advertisement contents and the advertisement condition information at an advertisement DB. The advertisement providing system receives a provisioning request from a media system(S12). The advertisement providing system provides at least one kind of advertisement contents from the advertiser computer to the medium system(S13), and the advertisement contents include the current state of the advertiser.

A patent information system including a patent delimiter pretreatment module including information about low rank patent delimiters of the patent delimiter is provided to perform each patent analysis based on pretreated patent information. A patent intelligence processing basic module analyzes the patent information with the processing. The analysis of patents information deepened on all kinds of the patent intelligence module includes citation analysis and comparing analysis. The patent classification symbol preprocessing module includes the information about all low rank patent delimiters of the patent delimiter about the patent delimiter in which the dot is included in the title information. The subject mast DB generation module produces the subject mast DB.

A method for providing a search service automatically including a search result for hierarchical subordinated patent classification codes through range search is provided to output the search result including the lower patent classification codes hierarchically subordinated to a patent classification code and support range search introduced to prevent degradation of search speed when the patent classification code is included in a query. A query including patent classification codes included to a predetermined patent classification code system is received(S110). A modified query is generated to automatically obtain patent information related to lower patent classification codes of the patent classification codes included in the query on the patent classification code system(S140). A search operation is performed by using the modified query(S150). The modified query includes at least one patent classification code excluding the patent classification code included in the query, and obtains the patent classification codes and the patent information related to lower patent classes of the patent classification codes included in the query on the patent classification code system.
