Abstract:
본 발명은 고반발탄성 스폰지와 충격흡수 스폰지를 수평으로 배열한 발포체이며, 운동의 종류와 신발에 작용하는 힘의 패턴을 고려한 인체공학적 설계에 따라 배열 두께 및 배열 수 등을 형성한 것이며, 동시에 배열 사이를 크로스링크 결합에 의해 일체적으로 형성한 수평 다배열 발포체 안창 및 중창에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A foam composition for insole is easy to be processed by using a small amount of a conducting agent, has sufficient antistatic property, and improves the strength of a foam cell. CONSTITUTION: A foam composition for insole includes 100.0 parts by weight of a hydrogenated styrene/butadiene block copolymer; 1-10 parts by weight of a silver-coated multi-layered carbon nanotubes, 10-20 parts by weight of a spherical additive, 10-30 parts by weight of a cement powder, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent, and 3-9 parts by weight of a foaming agent. The hydrogenated styrene/butadiene block copolymer has a melt index of 2.0-5.5 measured by JIS K7210. The spherical additive is glass bead with a particle size of 10-100 micron or glass bubble. PURPOSE: A foam composition with excellent thermal compression properties is provided to be lightened even with improving thermal contraction properties in high temperatures, to improve thermal resistance, and to maximize residual stress releasing effect. CONSTITUTION: A foam composition comprises 10-30 parts by weight of a heat-resistant filler, 1-5 parts by weight of additives for a foaming body, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent, and 1-20 parts by weight of organic blowing agent, based on 100.0 parts by weight of mixture substrate. The mixture substrate is mixed of 20-50 weight% of an olefin-based copolymer, 20-40 weight% of ethylene/vinylacetate copolymer, 30-40 weight% of a heat resistant resin/EVA master batch. The heat resistant resin/EVA master batch consists of 60-80 weight% of ethylene vinyl acetate, 20-40 weight% of thermal resistant resin, and 10-30 of an inorganic filler.

본 발명은 실란 그라프트된 수지로 신발용 중창을 제조하여 성형 후 대기 중의 수분과 자발적인 2차 가교인 수가교를 유도함으로써 발포체의 성형 후 경과시간에 따라 필연적으로 발생하는 물리적 특성 특히 영구압축줄음특성의 저하를 효과적으로 제어할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실란 그라프트된 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물을 이용한 신발 중창용 발포체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로써, 종래의 방법으로 제조된 신발용 중창에 비해 경과시간에 따른 물리적인 특성, 특히 영구압축줄음특성의 저하가 크게 개선되는 장점이 있다. 실란 그라프트, 폴리올레핀 수지, 신발 중창용, 발포체, 영구압축줄음특성, 불포화 실란

A silane-grafted polyolefin resin compound for a midsole of shoes is provided to improve long-term physical properties according to the elapsed time, especially long-term permanent shrinkage property. A silane-grafted polyolefin resin compound for a midsole of shoes is manufactured by condensing polyolefin resin 100.0 parts by weight, unsaturated silane 0.5-5 parts by weight, radical initiator 0.01-0.5 parts by weight and silanol condensation catalyst 0.01-0.5 parts by weight. The polyolefin resin is at least one selected from polyethylene, ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer or ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA). The unsaturated silane is at least one selected from vinyltrimethoxysilane, vinylethoxysilane, vinyltributoxysilane or amino-silane.
