Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing non-sewing uppers of a shoe, and the method comprises: a preparing step for transferring fabrics to the upper side of a base; an insertion step for inserting supplementary material so as for a hot melt layer in the upper part to be exposed to the lower part; a sewing step for sewing the supplementary material by convexity after the insertion step; an impregnation step for impregnating the fabrics and the supplementary material by adding heat to the hot melt layer after the sewing step; and a removal step for removing scraps after the impregnation step, and additionally comprises a fit-up step for fit-up of the supplementary material to the fabrics by providing heat to the convexity before the sewing step. Since the supplementary material is fitted up to the fabrics by the fit-up step by a method like this, such that the supplementary material can be attached to the fabrics with keeping its original shape, and thereby, producing effects of improving quality of the products, and particularly, automatically manufacturing the uppers by the method like this. Abstract: A calibrator for a portable pressure gauge of a shoe sole bonding press is provided to form a reference weight in a balance weight type and a support member supporting the reference load body in a plate type to reduce the weight. A calibrator for a portable pressure gauge of a shoe sole bonding press comprises a sensor unit, a support member(20) and a reference weight(40). The calibrator measures pressure applied to each part of a shoe sole by the sensor unit when a middle sole and an outer sole are pressed by a press. The support member includes a groove(22) for placing the sensor. The reference weight includes a sensor pressing part(46) that is protruded on a lower surface(44) of a main body(42) to be inserted into the groove. The sensor of the sensor unit is placed in the groove of the support member and the sensor pressing part of the reference weight is inserted into the groove so that the sensor can be corrected.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an impact test device for shoes, which comprises: a robot casing where a force platform is included; a dummy which is detachably combined with shoes to be tested, is pressurized on the force platform, and where at least one sensor for an impact test for shoes is combined with one side thereof; a dummy support which supports the dummy; an up and down generator which is partially connected with the dummy support and operates the dummy up and down for the walking of the dummy on the force platform; and an impact analyzing controller which checks and analyzes the amount of impact transmitted to a human body through the shoes based on sensing information of the sensor placed on the dummy.
