Abstract:
본 발명은 천연 바이오매스 기반 이산화탄소 흡수제의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 천연 바이오매스 기반 이산화탄소 흡수제에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 천연 식물계 바이오매스 재료가 자체적으로 함유하고 있는 Ca, Mg, K 등의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 성분을 이산화탄소 흡수제 용도로 활용하는 고효율/저비용의 이산화탄소 흡수제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 친환경적이고, 공정비용을 대폭 저감시키고, 흡수제의 성능이 향상된 천연 바이오매스 기반 이산화탄소 흡수제를 제공할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present technique relates to carbon nanotube structures which are grown or coated on a metal substrate surface and, specifically, to a method for increasing contact strength between metal substrate and carbon nanotubes. The present invention comprises the following steps for achieving the above purposes: contacting carbon nanotubes including metal components to the metal substrate surface; heat treating the metal substrate in which the carbon nanotubes are synthesized in order to disclose reaction between the metal components and metal substrates included inside the carbon nanotubes; and growing intermetallic compounds generated between two metal components by maintaining the heat treating temperature. The present invention can provide a method for drastically enhancing weak contact strength between macro sized substrate and nanomaterials which is the biggest issue in conventional nanotechnique in order to form structures between various structured nano-macro classes. Therefore, various application fields can be developed and contribution to commercialization of nanomaterials can be made.

PURPOSE: A nano bio composite is provided to have conductivity, and to improve flexural strength, flexural modulus, and storage modulus. CONSTITUTION: A nano bio composite comprises polymer and natural fiber reinforcing material coated with carbon nano material. The natural fiber is a kind selected among wood pulp, non-wood fiber, microalgae byproduct, marine algae byproduct, sil fiber, nanofiber, and their mixture. The natural fiber is selected among kenaf, heneken, bamboo, and their mixture. The nano bio composite is selected among termoset polymers and biodergradable polymers.
