Abstract: PURPOSE: An X-ray generator and an operation method thereof are provided to implement high quality X-ray image even in case of low radiation by controlling an exposure time and a focusing electrode. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray generator comprises an X-ray tube(2), a high voltage generator(1), an X-ray detector(3), and a sequence controller(4). The high voltage generator passes a current to the filament of the X-ray tube to heat it. The heated filament radiates electrons to form an electron cloud around the filament. The electron cloud is moved to a target and is collided with it by high electric filed which is generated from high voltage difference. The collision of between the electron cloud and the target radiates X-ray.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A breast fixing apparatus for digital breast tomosynthesis system is provided to fix the breast of the patient by using a vacuum suction method. CONSTITUTION: In a breast fixing apparatus for digital breast tomosynthesis system, a breast fixing apparatus(320) absorbs the breast of the patient through a vacuum suction method to holds it. An X- line- source(310) emits an x-ray to the fixed breast of the patient. A detector(330) detects an x-ray projection image of the breast. A terminal(340) generates a three-dimensional tomosynthesis image based on the x-ray projection image. The detector is moved along the outer circumference of the breast fixing apparatus when the x-ray source is moved by a certain angle.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pressure sensor array and a manufacturing method thereof for measuring a pulse wave are provided to enhance the durability, reduce the manufacturing cost and prevent the wire disconnection. CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensor array for measuring a pulse wave comprises a chip bonding substrate(32), pressure sensor chips(34), a PCB(36), a wire(38), and silicon(39). The pressure sensor chips are arranged on the chip bonding substrate at regular intervals. The PCB is adhered to the chip bonding substrate. The PCB is formed at the same height as the pressure sensor chip. The wire is bonded from the top of the pressure sensor chip to the top of the PCB. The silicon is mounted on the pressure sensor chip and PCB.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pulse realization apparatus is provided to reproduce a pulse changed according to lesion of diabetes, blood vessel disease, or heart disease. CONSTITUTION: A pulse realization apparatus includes a moving coil(230), a permanent magnet(240a,240b), a bottom plate(220), a moving axis, and a damper. The coil is contacted in an artificial skin(130), and generates vibration. The permanent magnet is fixed in both sides of the coil. The bottom plate supports the permanent magnet. The moving axis is fixed to the bottom plate, and forms a top and bottom direction motion path of the coil. The damper limits displacement of the top and bottom direction of the coil.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for compensating for a balance of a digital radiative ray detecting image and an apparatus thereof are provided to enhance compensation accuracy by using a proper compensation algorithm referring to response characteristics in each section of an image sensor. CONSTITUTION: A section setup part(530) discriminates the secondary gradient information with respect to response characteristics data of an image sensor showing an output brightness value for each input brightness value. A compensating part compensates for pixel data. The first gradient computation part(510) generates gradient information on the response characteristics data. The second gradient computation part(520) generates gradient information about information from the first gradient computation part. The second gradient computation part calculates an absolute value and generates the secondary gradient information.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for x-ray generating are provided to prevent unnecessary X-ray generation and the radiation to a target by using a CNT(Carbon NanoTube) as a cathode and controlling the potential supplied to a gate electrode and a focusing electrode. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus and a method for x-ray generating, an x-ray generation apparatus comprises an X rays tube and a high voltage generator(1'). The X rays tube is comprised of a vacuum tube, a cold cathode, and a gate electrode(15), a connection electrode(20), and a target(30). A plurality of voltages which is controlled in the high voltage generator are applied to the cold cathode, the gate electrode, a focusing electrode, and the target respectively to generate an X-ray. The cold cathode uses a carbon nanotube.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring a pulse wave are provided to obtain the minimum blood pressure, the maximum blood pressure, an average blood pressure, and a pulse wave form of a subject by obtaining a laser speckle image in real time. CONSTITUTION: A pressing unit(200) fixes a wrist of a subject and presses a part of the wrist. A speckle image obtaining unit(100) obtains speckle image information by emitting one or more laser beams to the fixed wrist of a subject through a laser speckle interferometry. A central process unit obtains and reveals pulse wave form by receiving the speckle image information obtained by the speckle image obtaining unit in real time.
