본 발명은, 내부로 시료가 이동하는 통로를 형성하는 유로 및 음파를 발생시키며, 상기 유로를 통과하는 시료로 음파를 전달하여 상기 시료에 음향방사력을 가하는 음파 발생기를 포함하고, 상기 음파에 의해 상기 시료에 포함된 적어도 하나의 입자를 필터링하는 입자 필터링 장치를 제공한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a biosensor and the biosensor manufactured by the same are provided to control the roughness of a metallic thin film surface, thereby enabling to regulate the detection sensitivity of the biosensor. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a biosensor is as follows. A metallic thin film layer is formed on a base substrate(S110). Solution containing metal salt and a reducing agent which concentration are regulated is manufactured for controlling the roughness of a metallic thin film surface(S130). The base substrate where the metallic thin film layer is formed is dipped into the solution containing the metal salt and a reducing agent(S150). Metallic nano-protrusions are formed by a reduction reaction of a metallic ion on the metallic thin film layer surface(S170). The surface roughness of the metallic thin film layer is increased(S190). PURPOSE: A photo biosensor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve sensitivity through thickness change of dielectric layer and to be easily applied in an optical device. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor comprises a light source part, a biosensor, a light detection part. The light source generated from the light source part includes a tungsten lamp, tungsten halogen lamp, xenon lamp, and laser. The biosensor also comprises a prism, metal thin film layer, and a dielectric layer. The light detection part measures minute refraction rate change. A plurality of nanoprotrusions(135) are formed on the surface of the metal thin film layer contacting the dielectric layer.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting pathogen is provided to improve detection of a biosensor and to ensure simply use. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for detecting pathogen comprises: a reaction part(150) in which a receptor is fixed at a part or entire inner wall and generates reaction by-products by reacting a pathogenic sample and a substrate; a light source part(160) which receives light to the reaction by-product in a predetermined incident angle; and a detector(170) which obtain light reflection rate and detect pathogen based on the light reflection rate. The apparatus further comprises: a injection part(110) for injection the pathogenic sample and a substrate storage unit(120) for storing the substrate for inducing metabolism and protein reaction.
