Abstract: 본발명은레이저빔 출력측정장치및 방법에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는레이저빔을조사하고자하는부위에서의레이저빔의출력특성을정확하게측정하기위한레이저출력측정장치및 방법에관한것이다. 이를위해본 발명에서는레이저빔을조사하는레이저빔 소스, 상기레이저빔 소스로부터조사된레이저빔을타켓으로전달하는광전달부, 상기광전달부를통해조사되는레이저빔의광축상으로포인트빔을조사하는포인트빔 소스, 상기타겟에대한영상을획득하기위한카메라및 상기카메라에서얻어진상기레이저빔과포인트빔에대한영상정보로부터타겟으로의광 조사거리를산출하고산출된광 조사거리로부터타겟에서의레이저빔 출력특성을산출하는연산부를포함하는레이저빔 출력측정장치를통해, 안전하고정확한치료가이루어질수 있도록구성된다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a complex light source device and more specifically, to a complex light source device for optical diagnosis and optical treatment which supplies radiation light through an optical wave guide efficiently to improve the accuracy in optical diagnosis of diseases inside or outside the human body, or specifically tumors such as cervical cancer, and enhance the efficiency of optical treatment. In particular, the present invention is to provide a complex light source device for optical diagnosis and optical treatment capable of increasing the expansion of an optical spectrum and the uniformness of the lighting spectrum, suppressing harmful spectrum elements, and supplying the optimum white light continuously even as time passes. To do so, the present invention provides a complex light source device for optical diagnosis and optical treatment which includes: a non-coherent first light source; a coherent second light source; an optical wave guide for delivering light emitted from the first and the second light source; and an interference filter placed on the light path of the first light source. The light emitted from the second light source is reflected by the interference filter and reaches the optical wave guide. Between the first light source and the optical wave guide, a compensation filter which compensates the output spectrum of the first light source and converts the result to a preset reference output spectrum; and an adjustable aperture which corrects the color temperature change as time passes; are further included.
