본 발명은 브래그 격자 광섬유을 이용하여 볼트의 축력을 실시간 계측하면서, 요구된 축력을 정확하게 도입할 수 있는 볼트 축력표시 체결기기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 볼트를 체결하는 과정에서 볼트의 머리 혹은 끝단에, 삽입된 광섬유에 레이저 광을 조사하면서 축력(변형률)을 계측하고, 미리 설정된 특정변형률(목표 축력)에서 볼트의 체결이 중단되도록 한 브래그 광섬유를 이용한 볼트 축력표시 체결기기에 관한 것이다. 볼트, 브래그 격자 광섬유, 브래그 광섬유 센서, 온도센서, 센서신호 수신부

PURPOSE: A method for connecting and joining structural insulating walls is provided to save energy, facilitate construction, improve air-tightness, and minimize heat loss. CONSTITUTION: A method for connecting and joining structural insulating walls comprises following steps. A first joint member(105-1) having a concavo-convex shape is coupled with an insulating wall(103). The opposite surface of the concavo-convex surface of a second joint member(105-2) is coupled with the opposite surface of the concavo-convex surface of the first joint member. The first and second joint members fix each other using a C-shaped clamp(108) as a first fixing unit. Both insulating walls are fixed using a C-shaped clamp(109) as a second fixing unit. A gasket is installed in the contact section between the joint members and the insulating material.

PURPOSE: A method for estimating the long-term clamping force of the existing high tension bolt in consideration of the loss of a clamping force resulting from the creep on a coated surface is provided to accurately predict the state of a high tension bolt applied to friction welding of a steel structure so as to effectively determine standards on safety inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and internal forces of the steel structure. CONSTITUTION: A method for estimating the long-term clamping force of the existing high tension bolt in consideration of the loss of a clamping force resulting from the creep on a coated surface is as follows. When a high tension bolt is coupled to a steel structure through friction welding, the creep stress and the residual fastening force of the high tension bolt are calculated after a fixed time using an equation, Creep=a+blog(t), where a and b are variables determined based on the thickness of inorganic zinc coating coated on the high tension bolt and t is time. Standards on safety inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and internal forces of the steel structure are determined based on the calculation result.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring digital axial force of a torque shear type high strength bolt is provided to prevent actual introduced axis force from being changed by torque coefficient change due to conventional outer environment factors. CONSTITUTION: A device and a method for measuring digital axial force of a torque shear type high strength bolt comprises a body member, a measuring unit, a power supply unit, and a display unit(400). The body member is connected to an electromotion wrench joining a torque shear type high strength bolt. The measuring unit measures the axis force of a torque shear type high strength bolt using the current amount of the electromotion wrench. The power supply unit comprises a power input unit(320) and a power output unit(340). The display unit displays the measurement result of the axis force of the torque shear type high strength bolt to the outside. The measuring unit comprises a current sensor(220), a sampling unit(240), and a calculation unit(260).

PURPOSE: A jig for assembling a standard test specimen and a fixing method thereof are provided to accurately assemble high-strength bolts in a standard test specimen, and to prevent the specimen from being deformed. CONSTITUTION: A jig for assembling a standard test specimen comprises multiple high strength bolt fastening units, a groove part(110), top and bottom fixing blocks(132,134), and left and right fixing blocks(142,144). The high strength bolt fastening units are formed depending on the size of high strength bolts. The groove part has multiple grooves. The high strength bolt fastening units are inserted into the grooves of the groove part. The top and bottom fixing blocks fix the top and bottom of a specimen. The left and right fixing blocks fix the left and right side of the specimen.

PURPOSE: Optimum turn of a nut for a high tension bolt and a method for estimating the same are provided to directly estimate the optimum turn of a nut for a high tension bolt in the site, based on the diameter-length ratio of the high tension bolt. CONSTITUTION: A method for estimating the optimum turn of a nut for a high tension bolt is as follows. In a working site, the needed turn of a nut being coupled with a high tension bolt is measured(S110). The relation between the needed turn of a nut and the length-diameter ratio of a high tension bolt is obtained through regression analysis using the measured turn(S120). A linear relation according to the length of a high tension bolt is estimated based on the regression analysis and the optimum turn of a nut is obtained(S130).
