PURPOSE: A gas collection device is provided to enhance the efficiency of sampling, to reduce time for the sampling, and to improve the analysis accuracy of a target substance included in a gas. CONSTITUTION: A gas collection device(200) comprises a container(210), an inlet pipe(220), an air diffusing pipe(230), and an air bubble collision plate(240). The container contains a solvent for absorbing a target substance. The inlet pipe is inserted into the container. A gas including the target substance flows into the inlet pipe. The air diffusing pipe is arranged in one end of the inlet pipe. The air diffusing pipe comprises a plurality of minute pores. One or more air bubble collision plates are arranged in the upper part of the air diffusing pipe and an outer side of the inlet pipe.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling the methane concentration of biogas are provided to control the methane concentration of the biogas to satisfy the allowable range of the methane concentration in the fuel standard of the biogas. CONSTITUTION: A gas holder(10) stores biogas. A high energy gaseous fuel storing tank(60) stores high energy gaseous fuel. A combustor(80) combusts the biogas and generates exhaust gas. An exhaust gas storing tank(140) stores the exhaust gas. A low methane concentration biogas storing tank(70) stores low methane concentration biogas. A biogas mixing chamber(50) mixes the biogas and the high energy gaseous fuel. A gas component analyzer(5) measures the methane concentration of the biogas. A methane concentration controlling unit(150) is further prepared.

The present invention relates to a combined cycle power plant, including: an air compressor which is driven by a power generator, and where influx air is compressed; a combustion unit where a fuel, the compressed air compressed by the air compressor, and a biogas, supplied for suppressing carbon dioxide generation by reducing the internal local high temperature, are combined and combusted; and a biogas compressor where the fuel, supplied with high pressures, are used to pressurize the biogas, in order for the biogas to flow into the combustion unit at a preset pressure. The combined cycle power plant is supplied with the high pressure fuel without an additional energy source, so as to be used for pressurizing the biogas. The present invention relates to a gas collection device. The gas collection device comprises the following: a perforated pipe with multiple pores installed inside a waste layer for collecting landfill gas; a rubble stone layer including broken stones and recycled aggregate, and installed around the perforated pipe; and a waste absorption layer including a waste absorber and an incineration agent, and installed in between the waste layer and the rubble stone layer.

PURPOSE: A biogas pretreatment system and a checking method thereof are provided to ensure performance and stability and to reduce power consumption by using an external temperature. CONSTITUTION: A biogas pretreatment system includes a first moisture removing part(110), a first gas treatment part(120), a gas compressing part(130), a heat exchanging part(140), a second moisture removing part(150), a second gas treatment part(160), a filter(170), a valve part, a temperature measuring part, and a controller(210). The first moisture removing part primarily removes moisture from the biogas. The first gas treatment part removes hydrogen sulfide from the biogas without the moisture. The gas compressing part compresses the biogas without the hydrogen sulfide. The heat exchanging part heat exchanges the compressed biogas. The second moisture removing part removes moisture from the heat exchanged biogas. The second gas treatment part removes siloxane from the secondary moisture removed biogas. The filter filters impurities from the biogas without the siloxane. The valve part includes a plurality of valves which ensures the flow path of the biogas. The controller changes the flow path of the biogas by controlling the valve part according to a measured temperature.

PURPOSE: An activated carbon regeneration apparatus and a regeneration method using thereof are provided to reduce the processing cost and time by instantly regenerating activated carbon without transferring the waste activated carbon. CONSTITUTION: An activated carbon regeneration apparatus comprises the following: an absorb-regeneration unit(100) for absorbing pollutants from bio-gas; a bio-gas reprocessing unit(200) for reprocessing the bio-gas passed through the absorb-regeneration unit; a hot-gas producing unit(400) producing high temperature combustion gas by heating the bio-gas passed through the bio-gas reprocessing unit; and a controller(500) for controlling the units.

PURPOSE: A method, an apparatus, and a recording medium for discriminating coal species and a supply point of coal fuel are provided to efficiently manage a generating facility by automatically calculating a coal stock level and a supply point for each kind of coal fuel. CONSTITUTION: A trigger sensor management unit(210) obtains per-coal type sensing information from a trigger sensor module, and a level sensor management unit(220) obtains total coal stock level information from a level sensor module. A weight sensor management unit(230) obtains total accumulated weight information from the weight sensor management unit, and a level/timing calculator(240) calculates the per-coal type coal stock level and the supply point thereof.
