Abstract: 반도체 소자 제작에 있어서, 반도체 기판 직접접합 방법이 사용된다. 종래의 반도체 기판 접합방법은 보이드(void)발생 및 뒤틀림 현상으로 불량품 양산의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 반도체 기판 직접접합 방법은 두 반도체 기판간의 접합표면을 활성화 시키고, 서로 맞대어 가압하여 초기접합을 이룬 후, 열처리 과정에서 열을 접합기판의 중앙부부터 가장자리로 전달하여 보이드(void)발생을 감소시켜 제품의 품질 유지와 수율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: Provided is an ear plug communication apparatus. The ear plug communication apparatus by the present invention has a hemispherical main body part having a module-mounting part in which an information-collecting module is inserted in the longitudinal direction. Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi-channel optical module is provided to have a simple structure, each processing and easy packaging processes as having an automatic alignment function of a plurality of filters. CONSTITUTION: A multi-channel module(100) includes a plurality of optical devices(110,120,130,140), a housing, an optical filter and filter holders(150,160). The plurality of optical devices receives or transmits optical signals. The housing is for optical-coupling between the plurality of optical devices and an optical fiber. The optical filter separates or multiplexes the optical signal according to wavelength between the plurality of optical devices and the optical fiber. The filter holders install the optical filter in order to align an optical path between the optical devices and the optical fiber and have shapes of protruding into the housing.
