Abstract: A home network authentication and a control method using the security function of TPM(Trusted Platform Module) are provided to process the authentication among a plurality of home electronic devices and a home network system by using the security function which the TPM supplies. A remote control device transmits access request signal to a home gateway of a home network system(S410). The remote control equipment confirms the confidence operation environment between the home electronic device and a home gateway including TPM(S450). If the confidence operation environment is confirmed, the remote control equipment performs by using enciphered data including the TPM(S460). The remote control device accesses the home gateway and transmits control data controlling the operation of the home electronic device(S480).

Abstract: A method and a device for securing a mobile terminal are provided to improve convenience of a user by integrating a user identification process of a USIM and an ownership acquisition process of TPM. A module connected to a mediation module is searched. Whether USIM exists among the mediation module is determined(S103). If the USIM exists, the mediation module determines whether the TPM exists among the searched module(S104). If the TPM exists, the mediation module requests a first USIM user number(S105).
