기존의 특수분장용 마스크 제작의 정확도는 유지하면서 석고를 사용하는 것에 대한 불편함과 거부감을 해소할 수 있는 특수분장용 마스크 제작 장치 및 방법을 제시한다. 제시된 장치는 촬영한 얼굴 영상을 근거로 3차원의 얼굴 모델을 생성하고 3차원의 얼굴 모델을 기반으로 3차원의 특수분장용 얼굴 모델을 생성하는 3차원 얼굴 모델 생성부, 3차원의 얼굴 모델 및 3차원의 특수분장용 얼굴 모델을 근거로 그에 상응하는 3차원의 얼굴 모델의 주형 및 3차원의 특수분장용 얼굴 모델의 주형을 출력하는 3차원 주형 출력부, 및 3차원의 얼굴 모델의 주형 및 3차원의 특수분장용 얼굴 모델의 주형을 이용하여 특수분장용 마스크를 제작하는 특수분장용 마스크 제작부를 포함한다.

A method to recommend cosmetic products and an apparatus using the method are disclosed. According to the present invention, the method to recommend cosmetic products comprises the steps of: extracting the spectrum information and category information regarding to a selected cosmetic product; selecting cosmetic products with spectrum information similar to that of the selected cosmetic product among the cosmetic products in the same category as the selected cosmetic product; and providing information about the selected cosmetic products.

Disclosed is a technology about an apparatus and a method for processing an image which is photographed by a multi-camera. The image processing apparatus includes: a correction reference table generating unit which generates a color correction reference table by using a color chart image which is generated by photographing a color chart with a standard camera and at least one camera; a correction unit which generates a correction image by performing a color correction based on the color correction reference table about the color of a subject image which is generated by photographing a subject with at least one camera; a characterization reference table generating unit which generates a color characterization reference table by the color chart image which is generated by photographing the color chart with the standard camera; and a characterization unit which generates a result image by performing an image correction which is based on the color characterization reference table on the subject image and the correction image which are generated by photographing the subject with the standard camera.

Disclosed are an apparatus for simulating makeup using measurement data. The apparatus for simulating makeup using measurement data according to the present invention comprises a setting unit which selects a kind of illumination, a kind of cosmetic, and a makeup tool which are to be applied to facial information. The apparatus measures respective spectrum-based color information related to a skin color from the facial information, the kind of illumination, and the kind of cosmetic, applies the respective spectrum-based color information to a face to output makeup simulation resultant colors. The apparatus applies the makeup simulation resultant colors to the facial information to simulate makeup.

PURPOSE: A color correcting apparatus for color match between stereoscopic display devices and a method thereof are provided to correct colors of a stereoscopic display device to be consistent with colors of another stereoscopic display device using color profiles of stereoscopic display devices and visual sensation of humans. CONSTITUTION: A user input unit(140) receives feedback data based on the difference in colors of a reference stereoscopic display device(200) and a target stereoscopic display device(300). A processor(150) converts colors of an input image, which is inputted by an input unit(110), using color profiles of the reference stereoscopic display device and the target stereoscopic display device, and corrects the colors of the target stereoscopic display device based on the feedback data to be consistent with the colors of the reference stereoscopic display device. PURPOSE: A color conversion apparatus and method of a photographed image are provided to correct an image photographed on a different day and at a different time in order that the image photographed can be the same as an image photographed on the same day. CONSTITUTION: An image divider(602) divides a reference image and an action image. A color data extractor(604) outputs the color values of a color table within the reference image. A controller(611) receives the color conversion information of an input image from displayed information. The controller creates a look up table for conversion into a selected color. An image converter(606) respectively converts the coordinate of the color of the action image through the look up table in a pixel unit.

PURPOSE: A color conversion system and a method for controlling the system are provided to accurately correct a photographed image into a desired color. CONSTITUTION: A color conversion system includes: an image separation unit(602) configured to receive a reference image including a color reference table and an action image, and separate the reference and action images from each other; a color data extraction unit(604) configured to output color values of the color reference table included in the reference image; a control unit(611) configured to detect change values obtained by comparing color values included in the reference image with those included in the color reference table, and generate a look-up table for converting the colors of the color reference table included in the reference image into desired colors; and an image conversion unit(606) configured to perform color correction by converting the color values of the action image into coordinates in pixels, using the look-up table outputted from the control unit.

PURPOSE: A video quality evaluation device and a method thereof are provided to quantitatively indicate quality deterioration of original video contents by deciding a quality of a video compared with an original video based on a temporal blur. CONSTITUTION: A frame divider(110) selects a specific image interval of a test video and an original video to a sampling section and generates a sample video and separates it by frame. A temporal blur filter(120) filters brightness and color of the frame and restore the frame. A CIE(International Commission on Illumination) color difference calculator(130) calculates a CIE color difference between the restored frame of the original video and the test video. A video quality decision unit(140) decides a quality of the test video based on a quality decision criteria corresponding to computation result.
