Abstract: 본발명은이동통신시스템에서기지국의자원인무선채널엘리먼트와제어국의셀렉션엘리먼트사이의베어러접속기술에관한것으로, 기지국에액추얼채널엘리먼트를두어무선채널엘리먼트와일대일로고정시키고제어국에가상채널엘리먼트를사용하여기지국과제어국사이의베어러접속을원활히할 수있는차세대이동통신시스템에서기지국과제어국사이의베어러접속방법에관한것이다. 베어러접속이요구되는자원으로는기지국에서는단말기와접속하는무선채널엘리먼트, 제어국과접속하는액추얼채널엘리먼트가있으며, 제어국에서는셀렉션엘리먼트와기지국과접속하는기지국인터페이스서브시스템의가상채널엘리먼트가있다. 기지국의무선채널엘리먼트와제어국의가상채널엘리먼트와셀렉션엘리먼트를선택하여매핑테이블에베어러접속관계를기록하며, 기지국의무선채널엘리먼트와액추얼채널엘리먼트간에는매핑테이블에의해서베어러접속관계를미리설정하여액추얼채널엘리먼트를선택하는과정을줄이므로서효율적인자원할당과제어를할 수있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 부하가 균일하지 않은 다중 셀 환경에서의 호 제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 부하가 균일하지 않은 다중 코드분할 다중접속 환경에서 신규 호의 차단률과 핸드오프 호의 절단률을 감소시키기 위해 차단률과 절단률에 따라 대역폭을 적용하여 신규 호와 핸드오프 호의 수락 영역을 결정하고, 결정된 수락 영역이 만족되면 자원을 누적시켜 호를 수락함으로써, 이동 가입자의 수용 용량을 증가시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bearer connection method between a base station(BS) and a control station in an international mobile telecommunications-2000(IMT-2000) is provided to have an actual channel element(ACE) in a control station interface block(DIB) of the BS to fix the ACE and a radio channel element(RCE) by one-to-one, and to use a virtual channel element(VCE) between the BS and the control station, thereby smoothing the bearer connection between the RCE of the base station and a selection element(SDE) of the control station. CONSTITUTION: In reverse bearer connection from a base station(BS,31) to a mobile switching center(MSC,33), a radio channel element(RCE) of the BS(31) selected for a bearer connection request from a terminal is connected to a control station interface block(DIB) by having an actual channel element(ACE)-process identifier(PID) corresponded to a self-PID by one-to-one. The DIB is connected to a control station(32) through a virtual channel element(VCE) and an E1 link corresponding to the ACE-PID maintained in a DIB mapping table. A base station interface subsystem(BIS) of the control station(32) is connected to a selection subsystem(SDS) through an asynchronous transfer mode(ATM) switch(AIS) with a selection element(SDE)-virtual channel identifier(VCI) and an SDS-virtual path identifier(VPI) corresponding to a VCE-VCI maintained in a BIS mapping table. The SDS is connected to a transcoder of the SDS through a transcoder element(TCE)-VCI corresponding to an SDE-VCI maintained in an SDS mapping table. The transcoder is connected to the MSC(33) through ATM addresses of the MSC(33) corresponding to the TCE-VCI. In forward bearer connection from the MSC(33) to the BS(31), the transcoder is connected to the SDE with the TCE-VCI corresponding to the TE-VCI of the MSC(33) maintained in the SDS mapping table. The SDE is connected to the BIS through the AIS with the VCE-VCI and the BIS-VCI corresponding to the SDE-VCI. The BIS is connected to the BS(31) with the ACE-VCI and the E1-link corresponding to the VCE-VCI. The DIB of the BS(31) is connected to the RCE through the RCE-PID corresponding to the ACE-VCI maintained in the DIB mapping table.

Abstract: 본 발명은 셀룰러 CDMA 시스템에서의 적응적 예약 채널 할당 방법에 관한 것으로, 주변 기지국 파일럿 세기의 핸드오프 요구 기준인 제 1 파일럿 레벨(T_ADD) 보다 낮은 핸드오프 호를 위한 예약 채널의 예약을 위한 기준인 제 2 파일럿 레벨(T_RSRV)을 추가하여 이동국이 주변 기지국의 파일럿 세기가 이 기준 이상임을 감지하면 그 채널을 예약하도록 하고 이 기준 이하로 일정 시간 이상 유지되면 그 채널을 해약하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 본 발명은 고정적인 크기의 예약 채널을 두는 종래의 방법에 비해 주변 기지국 상황에 따라서 적응적으로 예약 채널의 수를 운영함으로써 보다 효율적인 무선 자원의 사용이 가능하고 또한 동시에 서비스의 등급에 따라 차별적으로 호를 처리함에 있어서도 보다 효률적이다.-

Abstract: The method implements an information processing module of a message transfer processor. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling a call in the multi-cell environment is provided to determine the acceptance domains of a new call and a hand-off call, by applying large bandwidth to a cell having large interruption ratio and cutoff ratio to reduce the interruption ratio of the new call and the cutoff ratio of the hand-off call in the CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) environment that loads are not uniform.
