Abstract: A transmission output device and method is provided to stably achieve a transmission output in a mobile communication system. The transmission output device includes: a variable attenuator(21) for attenuating a transmission signal; a high-power amplifier(22) for amplifying an output signal of the variable attenuator(21); a power detector(23) dependent upon a temperature, for generating a transmission output voltage variable according to the temperature variation of the amplifier; and a controller(24) for receiving a transmission output voltage and a temperature information from the power detector(23), comparing them with an experimental data, and using ANN in order to regulate the variable attenuator(21).
