Abstract: 본 발명은 플래시 메모리 자체에 플래시 메모리 소거핀을 제공함으로써 위급상황이 발생한 경우 플래시 메모리내의 중요한 데이터가 노출되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 플래시 메모리의 전체 또는 특정 섹터(sector)를 소거하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른, 플래시 메모리의 데이터를 소거하기 위한 시스템은, 중앙처리장치와, 상기 중앙처리장치에 연결되며, 적어도 하나의 플래시 메모리 소거핀을 구비한 플래시 메모리와, 상기 플래시 메모리에 연결되며, 상기 플래시 메모리의 전체 또는 특정 섹터를 소거할 것을 지정하는 소거 제어신호를 상기 적어도 하나의 플래시 메모리 소거핀에 전송하는 소거 논리회로를 포함한다.

Abstract: An encryption communication apparatus and a method thereof are provided to improve communication quality by reducing a left packet due to a decoding failure of a receiving side. A transmitting/receiving part(110) receives packets from a transmitting unit(200). The transmitting/receiving part transmits net state report information generated through a net state report information generating part(130) to the transmitting unit. A packet analyzing part(120) calculates a packet loss rate and a net transmitting delay time by extracting a packet transmitting time and a packet order number inside a transmitted packet from the transmitting unit. The net state report information generating part determines a state of a net by using the packet loss rate and the net transmitting delay time. The net state report information generating part generates net state report information according to the state of the net.
