Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for electronically processing a project via an internet is provided to enable a connection to terminals for web servers/clients of a project supply agency and a proposal submission agency and for a project estimation person on the internet, thereby guaranteeing a security of a message transmission. CONSTITUTION: White noise generators(503,506) are mounted in a client(501) and web server(502) to encrypt a transmitted signal. Chaotic systems(504,507) receive the white noises from the white noise generators(503,506), respectively, and then generate chaotic signals. An encryption module(505) mixes a message signal and the chaotic signal from the chaotic systems(504) in order to encrypt the mixed signals, and then generates an encrypted message. A module(508) deciphers the encrypted message from the encryption module(505) to separate the message. The modules(505,508) have a synchronization with each other in order to separate the message.

Abstract: 본 발며은 전화망을 공용하는 다른 이용자에게 누화나 과부하 등의 영향을 주지 않기 위해서 전화망에 접속하여 사용하는 단말장치의 통화이외의 송출전력 레벨을 측정하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 평균레벨 및 최대레벨 측정을 위한 적분시간을 임의의 시간과 고정된 시간으로 나누어서 정하는 클럭주파수 선택부와 타이밍 발생회로; 상기 타이밍 발생회로에서 발생된 시간의 정수배로 적분 시작 시간을 계속 지연시켜 가면서 상기 적분시간 동안 제곱화된 신호를 병렬 적분 처리하는 N개 병렬 적분기; 상기 N개 병렬 적분기를 통해 출력된 적분값을 시간축 상에 나란히 배열하는 아날로그 멀티플렉서; 및 상기 아날로그 멀티플서에 의해 처리된 신호에서 가장 큰 레벨값을 갖는 신호 성분을 검출하는 첨두치 검출회로로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 종래의 송출전력레벨 측정장치에 비해 오차를 크게 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 포설된 가입자 회선에 대한 회선평형도를 올바르게 평가할 수 잇는 장치 및 방법을 제안함으로써 회선의 평형도 기준치에 미달되는 회선의 선별작업을 통해 통신망의 품질을 향상시키고자 하는 것이 그 목적있으며 일반적으로 종전압 평형도 측정기 내부에 있는 고공회로와 종단회를 독립적으로 제작하여 포설된 회선의 평형도를 측정할 수 있는 방안과 측정구성도를 제공하여 미 정립된 회선의 평형도에 대한 평가방법을 정리함으로써 우리나라의 회선평형 기준에 미달되는 회선의 선별작업을 통해 구내 통신망의 품질을 개선하고, 본 발명에 사용된 구동회로 및 종단회로는 순수 정항성 소자로 이루어져 있으므로 제작이 용이하며 제작에 드는 비용이 저렴하여 경제적으로 회선평형도 측정용 회로를 제작할 수 있다.
