Abstract: PURPOSE: A controlling method of converged service collision is provided to minimize service collision which can happen when a user activates multiple converged services. CONSTITUTION: A controlling method of converged service collision comprises the following steps. When an execution request of service A arrives, a service server confirms a terminal which is the executing environment of the service A, and obtains collision-possible service set data comprised according to the terminal resource. The service server obtains data about services which are currently running in the terminal, and checks whether any service belonging to the collision-possible service set data is running. When a collision-possible service does not exist, the service server changes data of running service, and executes the service A. When the service is terminated, the service server updates the service state and terminates.
