    Abstract: An open type blood plasma separating filter unit is provided to separate a blood plasma from blood by using capillary force without help of any external devices such as a syringe pump. An open type blood plasma separating filter unit comprises a bottom substrate(100), a top substrate(200), and a filter member(300). The bottom substrate includes one or more blood plasma guiding channel(130), a blood plasma chamber, and one or more air outlet. The blood plasma guiding channel has a narrow and long capillary shape. The blood plasma chamber is linked with the blood plasma guiding channel. The filter member is closely adhered to a top of the blood plasma guiding channel to separate the blood plasmas and blood cells from the blood.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A micro-fluidic device and a micro-fluid analysis apparatus are provided to secure the enough reaction of fluid at a sensor or a reactor by simply controlling the flow of the fluid, and to adjust the reaction time of the fluid. CONSTITUTION: A micro-fluidic device comprises the following: a storing chamber(5) inserted with fluid; guides formed along to both edges of the storing chamber; a lower plate(20) including a channel(24) connected with the storing chamber, while being located among the guides; an upper plate(40) including a fluid inlet(12); sensors(8,9) detecting specific materials from the fluid; and a transfer plate moving along to the guides. The fluid flows along to the transfer plate while contacting the lower side of the transfer plate.
